This was our third time as we couldn't find any other place as nice as this one in the Benelux/France/Germany area. Friendly reception, helpful as well. The hotel is looking out on the Mosel river. Clean room with great views. Excellent breakfast. Dinner wasn't cheap but the cooks, the quality and taste of the food and the dining room staf were excellent, with dietary and allergy requirements taken into account, so the price was worth it. Sauna was great. The location is a little outside the city centre but with a car not a problem. Last time we were there during better weather and we cycled to the city centre using the bicycle paths.

Slight issue with duvets being swapped over between beds, nothing else at all.

Very modern; rooms are very clean; fantastic room sound proofing; location is really good and parking is free; staff are very nice and attentive; food was very tasty (both breakfast and dinner); really nice wellness area (we didn’t get any treatment so cannot comment on this); perfect for a weekend getaway!

SPA is very nice, however it is very small so it fills up very quickly and not a lot of indoor loungers if it is a cold day outside. Food at the restaurant is very nice, however you HAVE to reserve a table if you want to eat dinner, no spaces allocated to hotel guests that didn’t book the restaurant in advance. Impossible to spontaneously book massage treatment as all time slots were filled.

1. Bathtub slippery floor and not handicap friendly 2. Wifi - to low speed at room - not acceptable for business travellers 3. checkout issues - invoice not detailed enough and with wrong information. Manager called and had to manually re-calculate - obviously a software below required standard or staff not trained properly

beautiful hotel and amazing family room. nice little spa on the the roof top over looking the river and country side.

quite expensive, charge for everything but we know this upon booking location not amazing, although nice views over the river, there isn’t much to do locally

The hotel is lovely, spotlessly clean and in a great location on the river. Breakfast was great and was on the terrace overlooking the river. The staff were excellent, very attentive and friendly. The carpark is secure and free to use.

Nothing, just a lovely place to stay

gorgeous brand new high end hotel. wonderful staff very warm and accommodating. we actually extended our stay because it was so relaxing. the restaurant was way above normal hotel food simply prepared but very refined. great restful view of the Mosel river. we stayed in the marina suite

nothing close by to walk to. need a taxi or rental car

The property is beautiful overlooking the Moselle River. The room was well equipped with a modern decor. our River view had floor to ceiling windows. The spa and pool facilities was an extra bonus.

Without a car we needed to hire a taxi to get to the town center, otherwise we walked along the River and to a winery.

Extremely high-class establishment in a lovely location on one of the banks of the Mosel river. Due to pandemic restrictions I could not take advantage of all the amenities on offer (e.g. Sauna, Swimming Pool etc.). The room itself (Queen size bed with in-suite bathroom) was extremely comfortable and clean. An espresso machine was available in the room itself. The large bathroom (furnished with a walk-in shower) was extremely clean and well kept. I could enjoy a late dinner upon arrival and I can honestly say it was one of the most delicious meals I have been able to enjoy. The service was also inpeccable. The Restaurant staff deserves all the praise I can give. The Reception staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. Looking forward to my next stay.

I cannot find anything to complain about. Anything at all.

Good view to the Mosel and pleasant environment and free parking

Although I had some issues with the front desk lady who forgot to note the payment condition for my guests. But with the professional cooperation of the manager, Mr Metzger, the problem is solved.

The breakfast had a good range of buffet food. Excellent service from the staff. The hotel location is easy to find ( we travelled by cycle !) and it felt safe too.

There was limited lounge space to enjoy a drink and too relax.
