Hotel was beautiful, rooms were great.

I was disappointed with breakfast. The service at breakfast was bit slow. Multiple days, I experienced people were left waiting for 5 minutes or more because vessels were empty or out of coffee before it being refilled. On one of the days around 9am, almost all the warm food items were over, vessels were empty, people were left waiting for some time before it was refilled. Management needs to proactively ensure food is being refilled.

The welcoming and check-in was very nice, with cute little packs of harribo on each bed. The garden and the breakfast was super, everything was delicious and well prepared. Clean and lovely. The staff were very sweet and helpful.

The extra bed (sofa bed) was small and not very comfortable. Not their fault, however at 6am there was a fire alarm and all the guests came outside for a while, and fire fighters came. However, we didnt see any fire, and still dont know what happened.

Location was beautiful, staff was very friendly. I arrived very late and had to leave early so I was not able to properly use any of the other facilities. The room was outdated but clean. All in all a good stay.

I fully understand the last years were very hard for the hotel sector. A room overhaul would make the hotel more attractive.

We booked a room for 4 people. 1 king bed and 1 sofa. The sofa was not for 2 people, it was too small. So one of us had to sleep on the floor. We arrived around 21.15 pm, and there was no place to eat. The restaurant was closed. There were no restaurants in the area.

We stayed on the top floor. Perfect views and felt like touching the sky

Breakfast was ok. We understand that Covid-19 is not making things easy to anyone. We managed to fit ourselves in the last shift for breakfast at half 10 in the morning. Tables were distributed properly respecting social distancing. Some goods were not available. We understand that hotel tried their best to accommodate everyone. But we didn't have a chance to choose to have breakfast earlier, other than at half 6.. a bit too early for us. Anyway. Hotel in average was good. We had a "fun" experience when at 11pm the fire alarm started boozing and we all got evacuated. Firemen came in just minutes. Luckily it was a false alarm!

we had a family suite and it was composed by a main room, a sitting room with a convertible sofa and an office - spacious for a family of 4 people. the staff were very responsive and nice. Body lotion is of good quality.

The furniture in the room are quite old style.

The hotel is on a hill top, and to see beautiful Rhein scenery, make sure your room above 7 floors. Easy to park car. Many activities you can enjoy, hiking, free sauna, swimming. Friendly and nice staff in the Bar.

The furnitures are not well maintained.

Service and facilities are very good, The location close to the motorway is also convenient and there is ample parking. The town of Koblenz is also very picturesque and the hotel is reachable in 1 day from London.

Nothing, everything was fine

Excellent location and excellent view from the room especially if you are staying in higher floors (5+ onwards)

Shower space could be better as shower is covered with curtain all the flowing is outside and definitely showers can be renovated to provide better experience for the customers.

Nice location, very quiet with beautiful surroundings.

There was no minibar in the room, rooftop restaurant was closed.
