Radisson Blu Hotel, Mannheim

Room was very nice. The location is center of the city and close to everything I needed. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. I would stay here again.

I didn't like the Bathroom\Toilet situation so much as the glass really does not provide enough privacy when you are taking a #2, but it was ok and I wont complain too much about it.

Excellent location very close to many shops, restaurants etc, also the hotel had a huge parking lot which we found extremely good and useful. Besides the location we liked the daily breakfast, it was very good but not exceptional. Room was very clean and had necessary amenities that we generally see in a 4 star hotel. Bed was pretty good as well. I personally found the blankets that came along with the bed to be average. Otherwise it’s an excellent place to stay, If I were in Mannheim again, I would certainly visit this hotel again !

Buffet breakfast with lots of choice, well cooked and presented. Roof Bar - Food extremely nice and reasonably priced, an apparently well stocked bar, which accommodated off menu drink choices. The whole hotel was well maintained, clean and comfortable. Central Mannheim location, in easy pedestrian access to points of interest. Although I did incur a room change due to unpredictable circumstances. The Staff involved were responsive and helpful. Plus an apology gift was presented for any inconvenience caused.

I do not really have any seriously negative points to make. However the only main issue was caused mainly by the current social situation due to COVID. I had contacted the Hotel by email to ask what services were affected. The reply set out quite well the restrictions in place and the Hotels policy etc. It also explained what (although limited) access there would be to the Hotel Restaurant, explaining that it would be open on the 25th December, with a 3 hour time window in the afternoon. On checking in on the 24th, I asked to make a reservation, but was told that the Restaurant would not be open at all over the time I was there. Thankfully I was able to use the Roof Bar, in the evening instead, which was an adequate alternative.

The location is right in the center of the shopping district, but yet it was very quiet inside. You would not even know you were that close.

The only dislike I would say is that the tv would not allow me to use screen mirroring and connect to my phone. This would’ve been awesome considering the bathroom also had a speaker that played whatever was on the tv.

It was my first visit to Mannhiem, - Super Clean Hotel and clean rooms - I got an upgrade just because the fridge in my room wasn’t cooling enough to a large room with fully equipped kitchen. - The parking below the hotel is very spacious and a special elevator from the parking to the hotel loopy. - Bathroom and shower area so clean and new. - So calm and the bed is comfortable. - Best location near all coffee shops and shopping brands. - Very friendly staff and helpful. - Make up the room was done so quick. Once I put the green light and I left the hotel to have a coffee and came back found the room cleaned, so fast. I give all the above 10 out of 10 and next time I won’t go to other hotel

- just a recommendation to have few English movies channels. All movie channels are in german language.

great location, friendly and helpful staff, exceptionally clean. room was big and spacious and I liked the external clothes rail. we had been travelling for a few weeks and a visit to the laundromat was a must - we had somewhere to hang the clothes we didn’t want to put in the tumble drier. room was obviously designed by someone who had travelled. excellent

Spacious room, modern, rooftop terrace, excellent breakfast, parking in public garage (shopping mall) with direct access to hotel, sweets, apples and infused water in lobby. Very kind lady at the reception.

The shower in the glass box was great but needs to get curtains/ blinds for some privacy.

I really like everything thing in the hotel from A until Z. Good service, excellent service it is also clean confertabel bed the location is fantastic. Next time I will book with my family. Thank you for everything Radisson hotel..

The hotel is clean, modern and comfortable. Due to restrictions the restaurants in the hotel and outside are closed. You can only eat a takeaway in your room. Mini bar is empty. However the breakfast is open and very nice. Location is perfect. Parking is also very good.

Toilet seat is broken in room 538. TV functionality has a fault when changing channels it freezes and has to reboot. Checkout was very slow when I had a 3 hour drive ahead I wanted to leave but it took almost 15 minutes to give me a receipt. Otherwise the hotel is ideal for a stay in zmannheim.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location in the heart of the city but hotel.is very quiet. Breakfast had a wide selection and was kept well supplied.

Roof bar food was overpriced. Breakfast lacked vegan/vegetarian alternatives esp. for cooked items.
