The location was really amazing. The neighbourhood was very quiet , safe & in train stop had every minute someone to wait. I couldn’t believe that in 12 minutes I was in the centre of Munich. The staff was very kind and the room was very relaxing too. The train stop was exactly down of our room and we didn’t hear it. Finally , super market and bakery next to hotel was a valuable solution to our daily program. Super easy check in and check out.

Nothing. I think that this hotel is one of the best I ever visited.

This is not the hotel’s fault, but due to construction on the train system, the stop at Fasangarten next to the hotel gets isolated on the weekend! No S-Bahn service on Sunday so be prepared to take Bus 145 to a station for a connection like Ostbahnhof Double your travel time or more on weekends!

everything about this hotel was exceptional . location right by the train station. but no noise as very sound proofed very minimalist and classy with all facilties you would need. all staff are an asset to this chain..we only got one name...sorry..Anthony was a delight. everything was very clean and well maintained . lots of hot water and clean towels...or...a beer if you didn't want your room cleaned...fabulous. There's a handy massive supermarket underneath. we would highly recommend this hotel.

maybe a window we could open for more fresh air...but that is only my preference.

This property is very convenient being next to the train station and above the grocery store. The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable The staff were all super friendly and helpful. I would stay here again

The deli/cafe in the grocery store is not that great. The machine coffee at hotel reception is better I wish the reception would let guests know about the coffee/food vending machines and microwave when they arrive. I didn’t see it until mid way through my stay Cleaners seem short staffed. Had a small issue with a cleaning being missed when my room badly needed it but it was resolved and apologized for There are no restaurants nearby except for Herzi’s a few block over. They should also mention this when people arrive

We liked the position of this hotel, next to a railway station and a bus station, so it was convenient to park the car and use public transport while there Also good was the abundance of free parking very close by. I liked the outlook over trees - it was very destressing and surprising in a large city. Generally, the room met all our needs - it was clean and had the facilities we expected. The staff were pleasant.

The room was small. The nearest restaurant was about a 10-minute walk away, which was not so good on a very cold evening. Under the hotel is a large supermarket, and a bakery Cafe, where we did eat, but the food was not great.

The staff are so friendly!The hotel is modern. The room is adequate with a bed, a couch, a table and chair, tea&coffee making, a flatscreen TV that we used our Netflix on. Other people complained about no door on the shower or not enough wardrobe space but it wasn’t an issue for us! We received a beer or water if we chose not to have our room cleaned. There was a fridge at reception that we used for lunch items, A vending machine with food in it, a coffee machine and a fridge full of beer! The S Bahn train is beside the hotel and it brings you into the city centre within 15 minutes. The trains are regular. You can also access the airport via train from here! There is a coffee shop and a massive supermarket under the hotel. We bought breakfast and coffee here. We loved it and will definitely stay here on our next visit. Thank you😀

It would be convenient to have a fridge in the room.

The staff were some of the loveliest people I've met! We had three cancelled flights due to the snow so stayed there four nights and they went out of their way to make us feel at home in this time of stress. Very convenient supermarket and bakery downstairs, great location for the train (which also wasn't running with the snow) and also the bus. The room had everything we needed.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable I've ever stayed in, it was a mattress topper of some sort that crinkled when I moved and the sheet would come untucked if I rolled over. But only a minor complaint!

The room was clean and quiet. the quietest I ever had before.) The hotel looks new and cozy. In the evening we spend some time in the lobby swinging on a swing) There is no breakfast in the hotel, but you can find delicious pastries next door. There is a parking garage in the hotel, around 15Euro per day, but we parked for free on the street) Just in front of the hotel there is a train station.So we didn't have any problem to get to the city centre. I would like to thank the staff for their help with the payment misunderstanding we had. I payed twice(my falt) I highly recommend this place

Lovely rooms, next door to a supermarket which was brilliant, had a hot take away food section, great selection of freshly squeezed juices and a sushi bar. Located right next to the train station platform that takes you to central station in 10 minutes

Was some construction work going on in the street outside, I guess this would be resolved in a couple of weeks though as looked like nearing my completion. Felt like we needed to get train in to town for eating and drinking out. If using trains check out the group daily ticket. We used it lots €17 for upto 5 people (any age) all day in trains, busses and trams.

Great location, near S ban and city center. Free parking next to the hotel on the street. Easy to check in and out too. Nice clean, quiet and modern rooms. Nice staff. Very good value. Underneath the hotel is a bakery and groceries. It's great if you want to have breakfast or to buy anything you need before you go to the city or to buy something nice to take home or as a present. This hotel has the possibility for guests to decide if they want their rooms to be cleaned between their stay or not. If you don't need to clean it you can put a sign behind the door, to go green. If you go green, you can tell the receptionist afterwards and you will get a bottle of beer or weather. I think it's a very cool idea. :)

The only thing we didn't like were bed pillows, blankets and bed sheets. The pillows and blankets were uncomfortable and crumpled. And the covers were very weird material, they creaked under the body it was very annoying. This hotel is great if it will change bedding it will be perfect!
