Nürnberger Trichter

Good hotel for a one night stay. Nice and warmly-styled furnishing of the under-roof single room I had. Very effective blind on the window, I could achieve perfect darkness even in sunlight (very difficult with normal curtains)! Comfy bed and bathroom. Good buffet breakfast. Nice staff, lightning-fast check-in/check-out. Parking possible on the road, very quiet neighborhood.

Most incredibly, there was no elevator for a building that tall! This may definitely be a problem with larger suitcases, since the flights of stairs to climb are many and steep.

Staff was very, very helpful and nice. There was a very good breakfast and rooms and bathroom were clean. There was a parking space which I needed and Lidle and Rossman are just next door which was very helpful.

Downside was that eventhough it was very hot day the heating in the room was on and I couldn't sleep since it was far too hot. I have told reception about that and hopefully it is fixed by now.

Although I arrived very late at night after a long journey, friendly and helpful staff were there to check me in and provide guidance with parking and so on. Facilities were clean and bed was comfortable. Morning staff were helpful too and breakfast at top level. There is nothing more one could ask for. I will definitely make sure I would stop over in future. Thank you!

10/10 well deserved. Good location close to Autobahn. Ideal for a good night sleep on a cross-continental drive. Arrived after mid-night and had to do a self checking: it was much easier than expected. Staff answered the phone, provided codes and keys immediately. Room was cozy. Very good breakfast. Will definitely stay there again.

Clean and spacious rooms, good breakfast and extremely friendly staff. We arrived late in the evening and the receptionist moved her own car so that we can park at the private parking. They also gave us info on the nearby places to eat despite the late hour.

The rooms facing the street are quite noisy despite the closed windows.

The room was on the basement floor with a small window. But we arrived very late and left early, so the view from the window wasn`t important. Room was small, but clean. Nice bathroom with everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent.

The TV was in the wrong place, you could hit your head there. The yard was too small, there was no parking space.

Accommodation for one night booked at the last minute in the evening. Everything worked out. Location near the highway. Very good breakfast with a large selection. Information on public transport in Nürnberg is available.

Unfortunately, parking was not possible in the yard, so we parked the car on the adjacent street. Wi-fi connection failed.

Nurnberger Trichter is located in a suburb of Nuremberg but a short walk away from de tram/trainstation with transport to the centre and to the Nazi Party Rally Grounds. Given that Nuremberg is a quite expensive city, due to the fairs, the price of Nurnberger Trichter is friendly. Breakfast was good.

There was nobody there when I arrived. I could pick up the key of my room from a box.

Everything needed was in the room. Maybe a bottle of water would have been a great bonus. Breakfast was good. Wonderful tea and friendly staff. Good option is a table in the room giving a possibility to work.

It was quite cool in the room, the heating was not working.

The room was in a quiet place. Every day cleaned. Very warm with comfortable beds. Staff was very polite and helpfull, especially Paulina. Many choices of a various and delicious breakfast.

No netflix on the tv.
