Clean, quiet and efficient. Air conditioning. Adjacent covered parking garage. Breakfast was good and everything was fresh. Restaurant staff handled/partitioned large conference groups effectively, allowing solos, couples and small groups to enjoy their meals with out being crowded.

Not necessarily bad, but the hotel area is a little isolated. Bars and restaurants can be reached in a 15-20 minute walk.

The Rilano is located in a somewhat industrial area of Oberursel, but in easy walking distance of the subway (which is above-ground at that point), which is what we wanted as we were spending our time mainly in Frankfurt and in the Taunus (agricultural/recreational region near Frankfurt). The room was well furnished but quite small, making maneuvering to the bathroom in the dark a bit challenging, and the beds were, if anything, too soft. The staff were pleasant and welcoming, given the constraints of COVID, and the breakfast buffet, which costs quite a bit if you don't pay for it in advance, is ample. We were there on New Year's Eve and there was a party downstairs, we were only one floor above and we heard no noise at all.

I would have liked a little more space and a slightly firmer mattress. Otherwise, no complaints.

paid parking is not acceptable, in a hotel of this level it should be free for hotel visitors.

Spotless throughout (reception, bar, outdoors). Room nicely furnished and good size. Staff very professional, polite and helpful.

The Aircon did work, but could not get the room cool enough in the current heatwave.

Hotel situated conveniently close to motorway. Surroundings dog friendly. Easy to find places to walk the dogs. Breakfast particularly good. Staff friendly and welcoming.

Because of Covid there is no room services we also ran out of towels, soap and had tons of trash in bags in the room that never was picked up. We were told they would come one day a week but did not happen.

Lovely clean room , friendly staff, convient location for bus and U-bahn . There are supermarkets very close by for anything you may need.

Very modern and nice room design, good parking garage connected to the hotel and on breakfast buffet (though somewhat limited, probably due to the Corona related relatively low room occupation)

Arrived on a rainy Sunday night, no food option as the restaurant was closed, so we had to order something online (to a hotel...) and lend some cutlery from the bar, felt pretty odd... Also the breakfast buffet on Monday morning 10.00am was not fully refilled (e.g. the salmon) and fresh orange juice was not even available as an extra order...

Friendly service. Enough parking spots nearby. Huge family room. Very good breakfast. Best: Subway station nearby. You can reach Frankfurt City in just 11min from there.

Lovely hotel, very clean with friendly staff. Super comfy bed with plenty of space in the room. Bus stop almost outside and train 5 mins walk. Loved the outdoor terrace . Great view of the city from our room
