Holiday Inn Express Frankfurt Airport - Raunheim, an IHG Hotel

Friendly staff, we had an issue with our room as we got a single bed where we booked two separate beds. This was solved immediately at reception and we got a different room. Room was clean with a very nice shower. Breakfast was great.

The proximity of the hotel to a busy train track may be bothersome to some but we didn't notice it too much. It was difficult to cool the room down, even in February. There was quite a bit of noice in the hallways from kids running around

I stayed for a 3-day business trip. I especially appreciated the early breakfast starting at 6:00. The double room was spacious enough, with comfortable chair and a little desk. Certainly, I liked the water boiler for tea or coffee. In short all my basic needs were fulfilled. The location is also perfect. There are several fast-food and standard restaurants in walking distance. If you have time and the weather is good, take a relaxing stroll along the river Main. The Frankfurt airport is close by, but the window are well sound isolated and assure a quiet sleep. Almost forgot to mention the very friendly and helpful hotel staff.

Like in most hotels, the rest for the suite case is much too small for modern foldable suitcases.

The breakfast was great, the WIFI worked well and the staff was super friendly. We stayed here for 4 nights and had a great time. The next time we will attend a trade show in Frankfurt we will stay at this hotel again.

While we booked for a room with 2 single beds the staff tried to give us a room with a double bed. Other than that we had no complaints.

Perfectly neat & clean hotel, close to the Frankfurt airport with a convenient shuttle option (Airport - hotel is free, hotel - airport is 5eur per person). The staff was nice, and there is also a nice bar with snacks available which is convenient when you arrive late. The breakfast was decent with a lot of variety.

Incredibly clean and seemed newly built and very modern. Comfy bed!

Parking was an additional €12! Reception didn't mention parking until we asked about. Should have been part.of the welcome. She was too in a rush to hang with her friends outside front entryway. Breakfast attendant was rude in both of our interactions with her. Super limited menu. Pizza was horrible.

Was very clean, very friendly service, love breakfast and order meal option.

There were to many random people right outside the hotel after hour, particularly young men like they were there to just hang out or maybe even sell stuff, just for a woman wouldn't say it's safe working after dark

We liked the location (5 to 10 to the airport by car), the free car park (shared with supermarket next door), the room and bathroom sizes (twins room was ok for the 2 of us and our 2 suitcases for 1 night stay before morning flight), the quietness, the 24/7 desk opening, the good WiFi, the cancellation policy, and the breakfast. The beds were also very comfy and the shower was great. The espresso coffee was very good too. We also appreciated the kettle in the room, as well as the hairdryer.

There is no shuttle to the airport at the moment but we were informed before our arrival.

This hotel is very clean, the staff is very helpful for our questions. The room is warm and comfortable. Breakfast is very good, we have many choices there. I like eggs very much. A supermarket is next by this hotel, very convenient to get some foods and fruits. It takes 10-15 minutes to the airport by car, ~25 minutes by train, including walking ways to train station.

The location is near everything related to Businesses and the Airport

The staff is a little rude. When asked upfront to the receptionist, she rudely replied that I was not allowed to stay back, not even for 15 minutes after check-out time (12 PM) as was for an important unavoidable video conference meeting

Very practical if you choose to go Frankfurt Airport. Clean, comfortable and has a very nice breakfast

When i first book this hotel parking is free and that's the reason of my choice. But now you have to pay 12-15 euros per night.
