ACHAT Hotel Rüsselsheim Frankfurt

I stayed there for the 4th time as i found the location perfect and quiet when i cross Frankfurt. I have 2 dogs and not far from the hotel there is a little forest which is lovely and they can run around. The hotel stuff is very kind with the well manner, very important at the reception when you arrive! I think they have good size of rooms and lovely bed, clean everywhere also mineral water on the table. Free parking front of the hotel and the nice little garden area. Cute bar next by the reception. Very grateful ! Thank you

Clean comfortable easy. Tea and water in the room. Bar coffee shop on site. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Inexpensive. Not a tourist location but easy to get to airport.

Only one restaurant nearby to walk to. Just ok Thai. The staff was unaware of their immediate surroundings...they didn't know the closest pharmacy was closed and that the other nearby restaurants were closed. They didn't have recommendations anywhere to eat. That was disappointing.

The room was big, clean. The bed confortable and very big. Bathroom big and clean Tea services, maybe you can add also posiblities to make coffee for the future.

It was a bridge near the hotel and it was closed. Maps was not updated accordingly and we circled around a lot in order to arrive. Not the fault of the hotel but at the reception they said that is like this for a few months.. Very annoying when you very tired and just want to arrive and rest. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant (or it is only for the breakfast available), so you need to order on takeaway from other places. No air conditioner, good to know if you travel in the summer.

Cold room, Central Heating didn't really worked... The pillows are way to soft... ! I got a few days pain from a stiff neck! i wish i had more of the really good smell shower gel, was just enough for the 2 of us. would be nice if u have a room with pet you get 2 paper or plastic bowls to give water and food to your pet. we human get complimentary water i just ask a container so we don't have to try to make one on the go.

The receptionist was very polite, he could speak English.

Although our door was locked and we were supposed to check out any time before 11 am, the cleaner lady unlocked and opened our door at 9:30 am. It is not acceptable.

The staff was amazing(thank you for the morning coffee ☕😊) , everything was perfectly clean, the room was very spacious and comfortable, also it was very quiet, perfect if you want good night sleep. Price very affordable. Definitely recommend if you stay in Russelsheim.

Super host! Had been arriving late and the Manager helped to park the car on a very full patkplatz. Good and safe place to stay overnight for someone who is on the go.

Price vs quality was OK. Free parking. Easy to access.

No air contition on the room. But I alrady know when I book the room.

Friendliness and helpfulness of the reception staff was the best I have ever experienced. Free parking is an advantage. Guaranteed cleanliness and good breakfast.

Small problem with the TV connection but solvable
