Hampton by Hilton Stuttgart City Centre

The rooms were clean and modern and the beds were very comfortable. There were restaurants close by and a shopping centre. The waffles were great! The reception team were very helpful with tourism information.

Breakfast was crazy! People everywhere and the layout of the buffet made it very hard to move around. Both mornings we had to wait for a table to become available and then clear it ourselves. We thought that by the description we would be right in the city centre near the attractions and main shopping area, however it was about a 20 minute walk to the actual city centre. We were right next door to a large shopping centre however and the food court was very good and lots of retail stores.

We always love staying at Hamptons. The service is always good, rooms are consistently clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is great (especially those make-your-own waffles, which are always a highlight of our Hampton/Hilton stays). This hotel is in a great location, one Ubahn stop away from the Hauptbahnhof (Budapester Platz beside it or Stadtbibliothek around 200m away). It's beside one of the largest shopping complexes in Stuttgart too (Milaneo), and so you're spoilt for choice anytime it's open, as you have access to everything. Getting downtown to the Innenstadt is easy too via the Ubahn. Check-in and check-out is hassle-free. And again, the breakfast was nice. Not huge but with enough selections. You also can't beat the price with what you're getting here.

This wasn't much of a problem for us as we just had backpacks/light luggage, but if you have bulky and heavy luggage, the elevator connecting the tramstop and the hotel entrance/lobby is out of service. As such, you have to use a rather long flight of stairs (around 3 floors worth) to get from the level where the station/shopping center is to the lobby. As such, to date (Jan 2022), it is not access-friendly. I hope the hotel fixes this ASAP, though! A pretty important thing.

Our stay at this hotel was an absolute delight, and it deserves a solid 10 for its exceptional pet-friendly atmosphere, outstanding breakfast, and impeccable service! Traveling with our two energetic Labradors can sometimes be a bit of a challenge, but this hotel went above and beyond to make us and our furry companions feel welcome. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and compliments for our four-legged friends. Our Labradors were treated like royalty with a thoughtful bag of treats as a welcome package. It's clear that the staff genuinely adore pets and are committed to creating a pet-friendly haven for all guests. Our breakfast experience at this hotel was beyond compare. Not only did they offer a rich and diverse spread, but they also catered to our needs effortlessly. The staff quickly set up a baby seat for our little one, ensuring that our family felt comfortable from the moment we sat down. The real star of the show was Mrs. Vesna, who tirelessly kept bringing out delectable delights from the kitchen. Her dedication to making sure we had everything we needed was heartwarming. As if that wasn't enough, they surprised us with a takeaway bag full of fruits and croissants for our journey ahead. Despite the garage being full, they made special arrangements for us to use a spot reserved for Diamond members. To our astonishment, upon checkout, the staff informed us that the parking fee was entirely waived, as we were only staying for one night. This gesture truly exemplifies their commitment to guest satisfaction. Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of remarkable. The warm and genuine hospitality, coupled with their pet-friendly approach, awesome breakfast, and parking convenience, left us absolutely delighted. If you're looking for a hotel that treats both you and your pets like cherished family members, this is the place to be. We can't wait to return for another memorable visit!

Nice hotel, with quite modernly refurbished room. Has all you need, exhaustive breakfast, friendly personel, quiet room, even though it was right next to the railroad.

Only has a few parking spots which cannot be reserved beforehand. If necessary, you can park on the street (free until 8 am, then you need to pay almost 5€ per hour for a maximum duration of 1 or 2hrs). There is however just around the next block a very large parking garage located in the shopping mall, so we parked there in the morning at 2,5€/hr. There is not really a restaurant in the hotel, but you can get several snacks (even Aiki Noodles and pizza) until about midnight.

Very nice property, close to public transportation and the city center. Lots of nice amenities that we didn’t have time to enjoy but looked great nonetheless. Breakfast was spectacular! Recommend having it at the hotel. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The room itself was clean and well kept. There was a gigantic television in our room which surprised us. We also had a nice view of the outside.

There is not enough parking for guests. This is a real problem for visitors. There are other more costly alternatives about a 6 minute walk away, or parking on the street. If this issue was solved, the hotel would be top notch. We could have used a mini fridge to store some water or something, alas there was no space in the room for that I believe.

In general we really liked the hotel. The hotel staff was all friendly to the guests. The morning breakfast was nice. Hotel rooms were clean and tidy. The rooms are just sufficient for large families, you can fit but it is little tight, but still sufficient.

It was difficult to understand and arrange the parking place. During the nights there were no availabilities. However next to hotel, in the same complex, there is a huge covered parking place. You can always park. However it is more expensive. Indeed the hotel could get more parking space for the hotel. Or at lest they could negotiate for better prices for the parking.

Location was excellent just next to Milaneo shopping mall and just a few minutes walking to Main train station or Königstraße, the breakfast was till 11am so I had not to wake up early not to miss my breakfast , bed was very comfortable so could sleep well

I did not like - my neighbours next room, I know Hotel can not control behaiver of guests , the reception contacted the guest after my complain but the second night was the same , was able to sleep only by 4am both nights, they were very loud ( drunk)

Breakfast was very good. Staff were very attentive. Tables were cleared very quickly. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff were always available and willing to assist with any queries. Location is very good in reference to the main train station and city centre. Located just beside a U-Bahn which makes travel around Stuttgart very easy. The hotel should emphasis the fact that the U-Bahn is located right outside the door.

Only one English language channel on the television. This is surprising considering the number of English and US visitors in the hotel. The hotel is located in any area which has very limited facilities such as bars and restaurants although there is a new shopping centre located just next door.

The localization is excellent, there was an ubahn station literally in front of the hotel entrance. Theres also a mall really close, which is very good and convinient. The room for three was good and comfortable, but it could be a bit bigger since there's not much place for luggage. Thr shower was also good. The breakfast was, as always, great: loads of great options.

We were in the 6th floor. The windows in the room, that go literally from the floor to the ceiling, can be opened completely just like a door, which terrified us. These windows are extremely dangerous, specially for kids! All other things were good, but these windows were a real source of agony during our stay.

Breakfast is excellent and until late (11 am on the weekend, 10 am on weekdays). In the bathroom you have free all needed cosmetics (shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, body lotion). Beds are also comfortable. Windows can be opened to get fresh air. The genius offer added breakfast to our stay so it was a great value for the money.

The room is a bit small but we didn't spend much time in anyway. The parking garage is very small so you might not find a place, and parking in Stuttgart can be quite challenging. Other than that, all was great.
