Moxy Stuttgart Feuerbach

Hotel located in rather industrial part of the city, but next to train/tram stations offering convenient way to move around. We made the booking quite late in the night, but were welcome and accommodated by a very nice hotel staff member. Nice clean rooms. Quite breakfast area with good choice of food. Very friendly staff and nice decors made our short stay very pleasant.

Hotel offers a very limited number of parking spots and access isn't protected by any form of security means. There weren't any spots available upon our arrival, which was a big disappointment, as we were travelling with bikes, and access to secured parking spot was important for us.

Moxy is one of Germany's most up-and-coming and trendy hotels. Prior to my experience in Stuttgart, I had also stayed at Moxy in other areas, and the most surprising thing was that the Moxy in that area and this Moxy in Stuttgart provided exactly the same, great experience. 1. If you come to Stuttgart to enjoy car culture then this hotel is for you. Especially, if you chose Mercedes-Benz Museum -> Porsche Museum as your itinerary, I think it would be even better. If I remember correctly, it took less than 20 minutes from the Porsche Museum to Moxy Stuttgart. 2. The parking lot is not exclusive to Moxy. Nevertheless, it is only 10 seconds away on foot, and this public car park allows you to conveniently park your car for less than 5 euros per day. 3. Moxy's facilities are pleasant, cozy and calm. There is no way to express it differently, and this is a part that not only me but also other users can relate to. 4. For reason #3, Moxy's staff always try to relax guests. Whenever I visit Moxy in each region, I wonder, 'Will they welcome you here as well?' Whenever I have a question called, the answer is always 'yes'.

1. There is the most regretful thing about Moxy. This does not apply only to Moxy in Stuttgart, in fact it applies to all Moxy. As perfect as this place is, the only downside is that there is no laundry service. Probably my personal guess is that they do not provide laundry services due to hygiene and the risk of washing each type of fabric. However, they do offer a 'self-ironing room', which feels like a laundry service. Even when I inquired at the reception desk, they said that Moxy's internal policy does not provide laundry service. If they provide laundry service, I have no doubt that it will be the best hotel in Germany in terms of price, service, facilities and everything.

The hotel itself is amazing. The rooms are small but are well built. A/C is very comfortable. The hall is very new and relaxing. The bar and breakfast were very good.

I had a bad experience at check in. I arrived at check in and the girl checked my booking. She checked and said I had 4 rooms booked while it should be 6 in the booking. After a few minutes a woman with glasses and a ponytail arrived and took charge of it. She initially insisted that only 4 rooms were in my booking. Then i showed her my booking confirmation and she said 5 rooms were in the booking. She started to be upset as a line was forming behind me (as it was my fault). I showed her the booking again and let her count the rooms. She finally admitted that there were 6 rooms in the booking and proceeded for checkin. She has been very rude the whole time like if the problem was mine. Totally wrong behaviour.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help us when needed. The room was a good size, and once we figured out the air-con, the room was nicely cooled. The room faced the train tracks, so the view was none existent, but there was no noise from the trains. The room was nicely decorated, it had a lot of interesting features. The hotel was near a train, and once we left the hotel area, we found a few small restaurants and stores.

What I did not like was probably the fault of my not reading the hotel description carefully. The hotel was not in the city center and appeared to be more for business people. There was no restaurant per se, and the staff managing the desk were also in charge of preparing the pre-cooked food listed on a small menu. There was no phone in the room, safe, or fridge. The room was on the small size and required maneuvering with suitcases.

Moxy is a welcoming hotel with a friendly, eclectic and quaint atmosphere. The Moxy Stuttgart Feuerbach is located by a Tram so access to Christmas markets, shopping and restaurants were easily a 5–10 minute ride. We even used the tram to the train station so no need for a car or taxi, we only stayed for 2 nights but loved the visit. We’ve stayed in other Moxy hotels and find them a good fit for our style of traveling, see the sights by day and return to Moxy for refreshments and/or light meal to end the day. I used the site to also do work online using the business rooms for free.

A nice hotel with a great lounge and a good atmosphere. The room are recent, clean and well decorated. The sanitary facilities work remarkably well. The free parking is very handy. The breakfast was tasty with a good choice of food. The bar is open 24/7 and makes great cocktails.

The room are a bit small with few storage space. When the door closes, we had to double check that it was well closed, as it can sometimes lock before closing, which is dangerous because the door is not even closed. the elevators are not very responsives, we often had to try several times to activate it with the card and select our floor.

Modern and smart room design with comfortable bed. Central ironing facility for a floor. Very friendly welcome by the staff! Excellent location - very close to Feuerbach station and only a short ride with the commuter train to Stuttgart main station.

Only small issues that weren't deal breakers after all: It was manageable but the windows could have isolated even better against the noise from passing trains. Also, the window only opened half-way, so you cannot quickly air out the room.

Hotel had a great style and nice music in the lobby. Very nice people that were working in the hotel. The room had a beautiful set up and was brand new. Also a small but really nice bathroom that was really functional. I would stay here again if we passed through stuttgart next time.

The breakfast did not have a great set up. The egg and bacon was semi cold which probably was because the lids were not put on properly by the other guests. Because of the set up, a lot of guests just were cutting lines and jumping in front of us which annoyed us a lot. Mostly a guest issue but a different place for the breakfast of a better line set up could help guide guests with waiting in a proper line instead of snatching all the food in front of you without any shame.

Great location…Near train station…Few stops from the centre of Stuttgart…Very happy for our choice to stay at Moxy Hotel…All was great…Definetely recommend Moxy to anyone who wants to visit Stuttgart…Staff was polite with smile all the time…Rooms was very clean and big enough…And the Hotel decoration is at the top level with a very beautiful reception and bar…Big gym room…Ironning room in every floor and generally you can find there whatever you need for a pleasant accommodation…It will be our first and only choice for a future travel in Stuttgart…

All was perfect…nothing negative to say for Moxy Hotel

Good value for money. Kind and polite staff. Good looking room, had everything that was needed in place.

Cleanliness could have been done better (found spots of shower gel not cleaned on the bathroom walls, and dust on some door levers). Room window cannot be fully opened (this is annoying in times when one might want to open the window to get FRESH air in). There were 2 extra leather-cushions on the bed headboard: completely useless, just taking up space, ruining comfort, and we could not take them down as they were tied-up to the bed headboard.
