ibis Ulm City

This facility I have used for years. Always the quality of service is good and I never have been disappointed. The location is excellent close to every major sight seen landmark of the city. the staff was very friendly and cooperative. The parking is a nice option for those visiting the city by car. The hotel is also 300 m far from Central railway station.

There is a only one lift in facility which sometimes is inconvenient and it is narrow. It could accommodate only two persons with the their bags.

The hotel is located very close to the old city center, a 5 minute walk. The hotel has a private garage at the back, it costs 10 EUR per day.

There was no handle or lock on the bathroom door in my room, and the door was opening on its own unless a blockade (suitcase) was put in front of it. The room was in the 6tg floor, and the elevator is quite small (especially when more people use it) and slow.

Staff are really great - especially the gent who checked us in and later took our payment. Location is really good as well - great little bakery and a sushi place around the corner. Parking is reasonable.

Location is great, but it not ideal having to choose between a quiet night's sleep or a comfortable temperature - the AC didn't seem to work very well, and the windows can open but then it's really noisy.

Very good location of the hotel. Close to the city center, just a few minutes walk from the Ulm Munister. Tram stops around the corner, railway station is also a short walk. Very nice and helpful personnel. Bar with beer, drinks and panini open 24h.

Breakfasts were good overall, but with a somewhat limited selection. I'd love to see more vegetables. Also, scrambled eggs were too dry for me.

Close to train, parking garage, clean and comfortable room. Walkable distance to downtown

Parking lot is limited for spaces, come early to avoid disappointment

Good location and amenities. The possibility to store touring bicycles in the garage was appreciated.

Good location, easy to find. On route through Germany but unfortunately my vehicle broke down. Booked into the hotel and they were more than helpful with the situation. Receptionists we’re very kind. Thank you again for your hospitality 👍🏼😊

Nothing

Very nice people in the reception. Very quiet place. Also my dog was greeted at arrival. Many places with green grass nearby, perfect for walking the dog.

Hotel is staffed 24-hours. Check-in was quick and easy. Efficient and attentive staff. Somehow we always end up at Ibis because it is reliable. Safe parking in the garage.

Everything was fine.
