Amazing boutique hotel, very close to Fira, yet away from the noise of the center. It’s my second stay in the hotel, and i found it even better than the first some years ago. The stuff is very polite and eager to help. The price is very affordable, at least off season. Definitely recommend it!

Not a negative comment, but it would be great to offer breakfast buffet, I would be willing to pay extra in the room’s fee to have it. Of course it offers a la cart breakfast, but in this case I prefer to have breakfast outside the hotel.

Incredible place, simply stunning, great calm vibes, George Kipatis the owners attention to detail was second to none..everything was perfect and immaculate at all times, seriously impressive! Katsaboo resturant was great, food was delicious, staff were lovely and friendly..shout out to GoGo! And Dimitris! 10 min walk into the center.. what a gem, we will return 100%, thank you for an incredible holiday.

Small TV is the only improvement that could be made

We struggled to decide on a hotel in santorini as there was so much choice. We found the San marino suites and decided it was the right choice for us. After having a fall at the airport the hotel transfer took us to the emergency room and left a number to call him back to pick us up. We arrived at the hotel very late and were so impressed at the room being beautifully decorated and very spacious. The next morning we explored the area around our room located next to katsabo (we were worried about noise but could not hear it in our bedroom) the area was lovely and clean with a very calming vibe. We went to reception and were greeted by an amazing friendly staff member who was so concerned about my health, the check in process was simple and we were offered advice on extras the hotel offered including a jeep tour and a boat trip, we opted to book both. The jeep trip was taken by George who was so friendly and informative about the history of the island. It was so nice to see his passion for santorini and he was telling us facts but making it more personal by including anecdotes from his own family. If you only do one thing book this! It is worth every penny and you get to see amazing places. The boat trip was from santorini star and wr opted for the sunset trip. This was amazing and the Staff on board were again so knowledge and explained stories and history from various points along the route. It also includes hotel pick up and drop off which is very handy. The hotel is about 6 minute walk from fira centre (to get there is uphill) but it has lovely views along the way. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone from the beautiful rooms to the amazing staff! I honestly can't thank you enough for our stay. Both women on reception and the 2 drivers we had (sorry I'm so bad at names) were amazing and constantly checked I was ok, we truly felt sad to leave.

Beautiful hotel, we booked a room with our own pool. It was for 4 people but was a bit small as 2 beds were in the lounge (which conveniently converted into a couch during the day) but not really possible as there was nowhere to place luggage except on the bed. We did spend most of our time outside the room, so I guess it wasn't too much of a bother for us; but the extra rooms was squashy for an extra 2 people, the main bedroom was ok. Our spa did not work. We used the outside area a lot and used our pool a lot which was great. Short 8m stroll to main square which was great and a lovely cafe 2m away for a coffee and pastry in the morning (Athinas) We didn't use main pool. Though I was told if you wanted to used fancy chairs around the pool you had to pay for them which is in my view VERY UNFAIR, especially if you are a paying customer at the hotel.

Pool suite; 2nd room combined with 2 beds, kitchenette, dining table and tv was too small and cluttered to sleep extra people. Maybe need to do some re-organizing, (take out the table and chairs and add an out outdoor dining. This would create much more space for 4 people sharing. Be more comfortable. Having to pay for prime seat around their main pool.

Everything was perfect! The staffs were super nice and helpful! The suite was clean and had all essentials. One of the Amazing pools sits just beside the restaurant, great feeling when having meal with pool view in front ! All excellent!

I am soooo glad that we chose to stay here for our Santorini leg of our trip. It was away from the tourists/crowds, it was easy to get to, walkable to town and everything we could have wanted, beautiful views, amazing restaurant, refreshing pool, great bar, and fantastic accommodations. Maria and Angelina at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful. We did the private Jeep tour of the island with owner George, and that was the highlight of our stay! He took us all over the island to places we never would have seen/found on our own, and really helped it all come alive for us. If we ever go back to Santorini, we will absolutely stay here again, and we will recommend it to anyone we know.

I wish we could have charged our drinks to the room rather than pay as we go. There was some confusion on our check-out as to whether we had paid for a couple of poolside drinks while we were there. This could be avoided by keeping a running tab during our stay. This was a minor thing though compared to the overall excellence of our stay,

Great room and the complex was all beautifully decorated. We arrived late and ate at the hotel restaurant. Food was lovely - and reasonable. Beautiful view from the pool/restaurant/bar area. The walk was doable into the main town - although a little hot in July when there was no wind. The main town is so busy so it was good to escape into a little peace and quiet.

Having to pay/spend 50 Euros at the bar to be able to sit on the sun loungers surrounding the pool. We had sunbeds on our terrace so it wasn't too bad but seemed a little unnecessary as most of them were empty all day. You can sit on a beanbag on the floor for free!

The design of the property is fantastic. The staff was trying all vacation long to make it even more enjoyable.

Breakfast is something that could be improved. One hour before the end of the breakfast, there were no pancakes, and it's always the same few things.

everyone was so nice and accommodating!! Literally the nicest staff I have ever seen anywhere. both the evening desk clerk and the daytime one were beyond nice, as well as the driver/maintenance person. it truly is a resort and everything is taken care of, leaving you time to just relax! The pool and bar were right outside our door, we could even hear relaxing music at night! you can open the windows for a breeze. Santorini is literally heaven on earth. Can’t wait to come back! For US customers: the sink drain is not a pop up, you have to unscrew it, and the little cave pool is jetted but it is not a hot tub.
