Santorini Palace

The location of our room with the small pool just steps away was wonderful! The welcome bottle of champagne was a nice surprise.

Free waters daily would be appreciated.

Pool and location.

No hooks for towels in bathroom. No fans. No extra key for other guests staying in same room. Hair conditioner would be nice. Would be nice to go in the pool in evening.

Very clean and great location to walk to the main town. Pool area was great and nice to have a spot to rest.

There was no cell service or working wifi in the room.

The property was beautiful, and SO clean! It was located in a prime/perfect location as well. It was close walk to FIRA but also a bit outside of all the craziness/hustle and bustle. The staff are very friendly, and accommodating and go above and beyond. The pool staff is extremely attentive and also go above and beyond to make everyone’s experience wonderful during their stay.

The rooms are not sound proof and you can hear everything - do not expect to sleep in comfortably without being woken up to your neighbours shower and or the chairs in the rooms being dragged across the floor

The location is quite good, close to the narrow streets where the village is with its all stores and restaurants. The pool is unbelievable nice but we couldn't enjoy as it was raining and windy. The structure is excellent! Staff are very helpful.

The bathroom has a glass door that dos not provide the best privace soundproofing features. Also, in dispite of all the good things, this hotel is more like a 3 stars than 4, considering the standard decoration and comfort of the bedroom. It is important to mention that the breakfast included does not correspond to a 4 stars hotel. The hairdryer is unbelievably bad. It wouldn't blow out a candle. It's a safe model that doe not heat up enough to give the hair a nice and quick shape. Bring your own hairdryer to not get disappointed.

Location and hotel was very good. Walking distance to Fira town and close to very good restaurants. The pool was large and view from our room was beautiful. The staff were courteous and helpful.

The buffet breakfast was average. A lot of items were missing each day. For the price we paid we expected a much better breakfast.

The location was perfect! Walking distance into town or the bus depot (approximately 25 minutes). We had a beautiful view from our very comfortable. Two minutes walk to a look out point where the view of Oia and Fira was breath taking. We would definitely stay there again.

Noisy room. Pool noise and road noise very loud early morning.

The location is perfect. We could view the sunrise from our room or the pool deck and the glorious sunset from just a 2 mnt walk away . The restaurants are all closeby and we could walk everyday fro dinner. Facility is excellent with a great big swimming pool and deck.

Room was small for four people . It did have the necessary beds but not as much space to move around.
