We arrived like 4 hours prior to check in time, but they were so kind and found us a room available and checked us in at 10:30 am 🙏🏼

Breakfast it was from 08:00h to 10:30h, after 31.12. they close restorant in 10:28, they don’t have any understand to continue breakfast 10-15 minutes. I don’t know, maybe I am wrong. :)

The location of Eurostars is excellent as it is just a few minutes walk from the center of Pest (where the Christmas Markets were) as well as very close to the bridge to cross to Buda. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with everything. The room & the hotel facilities are on a good level as well - breakfast also had a lot of variety!

With a few extra things the Eurostars could become a top 4 star hotel. Improve the quality of some of the breakfast food and maybe change the mattress.

I loved the hotel's location and specifically booked it because of where it is - the Keleti Train Station is a short cab-ride away and the Rudas Bath House, which stays open late on weekend nights, is also nearby. Several good restaurants and souvenir shops are within walking distance and the rooms at this property can be booked at a reasonable price. The breakfast buffet at this hotel far exceeded my expectations - in addition to the typical fresh fruit, sausages, and eggs that most European hotels offer, there were also local Hungarian treats and products available to enjoy. The staff at the Front Desk is highly professional - they were very knowledgeable about Budapest and I am very thankful for the help and hospitality that they offered during my stay.

No complaints! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and feel that for the price I paid, I got an excellent value.

Great location. Staff were very professional, helpful and accommodating from the moment I booked till I checked out, both reception and housekeeping. I am a light sleeper and always dread how well I would sleep - I slept really well at the hotel.

There is a gym at the hotel, which was one of the criteria for me when deciding to book this hotel, however the hours of operation meant that I wasn’t able to use it. The gym is open from 10am until early evening hours (closes at around 7pm, I believe), so it was extremely disappointing that I couldn’t use it in the morning, as the checkout is at 11am, and the gym only opens at 10am, and a similar situation for using it in the evening.

bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, fabulous choice. Staff especially Klaudia and Estella were very very helpful at all times at reception.

Height of bath was very high. should be lower to suit everyone. No instructions re how to work shower. Klaudia showed us that after pulling out lever, you must then push in small thin button. Sink had a big crack in it. When I booked this hotel, it said there was a bar which we wanted to have a relaxing nightcap. There was a picture of it. However, it has been closed since Covid and therefore we had to go elsewhere for a pre bed drink.

We liked the breakfast buffet. The cleanliness was very good. The beds were extremely comfy and we loved the bath robes and slippers. The bathroom was very nice but was a little bit small, especially with two people but it looked very nice and the location was good for public transport and it was near the bridge which was very convenient. The cleaning staff were very nice and provided us with clean towels and took very good care of our room. They also were very friendly and helped us with anything that we asked for. As an extra, the entrance and can’t stairs were very nice :)

The bathroom was a bit small. We had to ask for slippers and robes which I think should be standard as they were complimentary. I think people should know that there are rooms facing a busy road but we asked for a room facing the other direction so we didn’t have that issue.

location is excellent, especially for transportation and for being in the center. The stuff is great, and overall its great.

the room and the bath is a bit dark, I couldn't shave with a proper light or feels the light in the room, I moved rooms because of the heat. it's a central heating and after 15.9 it's heating and you have to open the windows and have less privacy because all the guests are in front of your window, so for winter it's great, but the global earth heating is not for that hotel if your in Sep, Oct etc. so I felt heat and dark, a bit claustrophobic and it could be solved easily but it didn't. too bad.

Perfect location- walking distance to attractions, restaurants, bars, shops & transport links. Feels like a nice, safe area. Great value for money- spacious, modern & clean rooms with good toiletries. The staff were very friendly, efficient & accommodating. I like that they let you store your luggage too.

Our room faced the main road and the traffic was noisy. Something to be wary of if you’re a light sleeper/ sensitive to noise.

A perfect location. Convenient parking in garage underground. Rooms are spacious. Big plus for huge double beds and comfy pillows. Don't recommend taking breakfasf as there are many great options near hotel.

Hotes needs renovation, many parts of hotel and rooms look outdated and damaged.
