We enjoyed the uniqueness of the building layout and interior design. Particularly noticeable was the attention to detail in the decor, the exceptionally high level of customer service and the overall sense of well being and customer worth this generates in the guests.

Charming historical building beautifully decorated. Service was outstanding, intimate due to the hotel's small number of rooms. Reception staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast, though not extensive, was selective and delicious. Will definitely return.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. You can get everywhere on foot and the hotel is on a quiet street overlooking the park. Facilities are very original, breakfast excellent, staff very helpful. Thank all the receptionists for their valuable advice on sightseeing, for delivering food to our room and for their willingness to help us with any request. We also had a smile on our faces when the maid came up with a joke every day with our teddy bear that we had with us when we travelled. :)

Breakfasts are excellent, just could be a little different every day. Also, the breakfasts are only cold because there is no kitchen in the hotel. Still, the menu is wide enough to enjoy something a little different every morning.

Absolute best hotel experience I’ve ever had. I would stay here again and again. The service went above & beyond! Sara was so helpful in booking our cruise and several dinners for us before we even arrived! Our room was upgraded and it was so spacious & beautifully designed. Everything was clean, the bathroom was massive, and the location of the hotel was perfect (close to the airport shuttle bus stop, metro station, and walking distance to most sights). The breakfast had to be the most complete continental breakfast (eggs, cereals, juices, ginger shot, meats, pastries, cheeses, spreads, etc.), and they even prepared an early breakfast for us the day we needed to check out. Thank you so much to all of the staff for making our trip that much better!

Small boutique hotel in the center of Budapest(5 min walk from the fashion street). The room is huge, fully of chik! very clean, nice and attentive stuff - great place for couples!

Our room faced onto the pretty square. There was some street noise from leaf clearing in the park etc, but generally it was very peaceful. It was a large room, nicely furnished and with a large comfortable bed. The bathroom was large and well designed. The shower cubicle was a good size and the shower itself - unlike many these days - was easy to understand and to operate. The buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and all of it good quality. The staff were all friendly, positive, efficient and helpful. The wifi was robust and fast. The location was great.

My wife said the lighting in the bathroom was too dim to see properly when putting on make-up.

The first impression was an incredibly nice reception from the receptionist who really did everything to make us feel welcome. And since our room was already ready when we arrived, we got to check in earlier than planned, much appreciated! As you can see from the pictures here on Booking and on the hotel's website, the hotel is very beautifully designed and at the same time both homely and elegant. We stayed in one of the suites, a fantastically comfortable and spacious room with both a sitting area, recliner and desk in addition to the large comfortable double bed. Free Netflix was much appreciated! Housekeeping was very efficient and towels, toiletries, water etc were replenished at all times. The location of the hotel is great, very peaceful, but still only a 5-10 minute walk to the absolute center of the city

Although this is an absolutely fantastic high-class and nice hotel, there were a couple of things that, in our opinion, could be improved. The bathroom was very beautiful and nice with a makeup mirror. But because the lighting was weak, the mirror could not be used Tip: install a light spot that can be turned. The second is the breakfast, which is of high quality but there is not much to choose from. We were aware of that before we left and if we had stayed one night it would have been ok But we, who are breakfast lovers, would have preferred a more sumptuous buffet We realize taste and preferences are different, but for us it had been better with just one sweet cake and croissants and the rest of the pastry replaces with fresh cut fruit and a few additional types of toppings

Hotel Collect is a stylish and unique stay! It’s a hidden gem tucked slightly off the main road but within easy walking distance to the Jewish Quarter of the city. Staff are always on hand to help and no request is too much of an ask. The rooms are large and beautifully decorated with excellent facilities. Breakfast was a continental-only delicious feast with fresh juices and pastries! The price is also reasonable and you’d expect to easily pay more in the UK. A great find!

You’re hard-pressed to find something not to like about Hotel Collect. However, it may be worth considering building staff confidence in managing difficult situations observed during the stay.

Everything to be honest. There was nothing we didn’t like. The staff were SO friendly & helpful. We got a welcome drink on arrival and the lounge are was cosy, relaxing and quiet. The hotel was just perfect. Super boutique & cosy! Smelt really nice too! Our room was lovely. Really comfy bed and pillows, great amenities & and cool Marshall sound system. Lovely decor & quiet, it felt like a little haven. Location was FAB. Super close to everything but still felt out of the business down a quiet little street opposite a park. So impressed with this little gem of a hotel.
