La Prima Fashion Hotel Budapest

Very friendly and helpful staff. They fulfilled all my requests: I asked if they could keep my ice packs in their freezer overnight and print my boarding pass. No hassle, hesitation, professional and welcoming. Location is perfect next to shopping street, near to public transports and sightseeing. I loved my room. Beautiful, stylish, comfortable. Bath and mini fridge were a lovely suprise. Attention to details: bottle of water in room and a cute cosmetic kit (nail file, hairband, cotton buds). Breakfast was amazing!!! Champagne!!! Cold and warm choices, gluten, vegan things. Please, could I get the recipe of the "avocado cream". Delicious! My first, but definitely not my last visit.

It was a friendly hotel. I asked for an extra sheet, because duvets are too hot for me. . They provided that and some ice when I asked. The bed was real comfy and the room was quiet. The breakfast was excellent. It was close to Hop on Hop Off bus, and I did the 3 day with the free boat ride. It was close to the pier, the white bridge and lots of places to eat.

I could have had more storage for things, especially some shelves in the bathroom. It said airport shuttle, but the one they suggested was like $29. I did minBUD for $21, but it was shared and made 2 more stops after me. There's a very cheap city one nearby, but no one could tell me exactly where. I didn't understand how to make my iPad project onto the TV, nor how to control the Air con, but it was still comfy. They should just have a hot pot, several of us just got a thimble full of coffee from the machine in the room.

Breakfast met expectations. Was a European style with cheeses, eggs, cereals, juices and coffee and rolls/ danish. The hotel location was great. The airport transfer services that the hotel arranged were prompt and reasonable.

The WiFi was weak and did not always hold the connection. Also charging my phones were slow at most outlets.

HUGE spacious room with BEAUTIFUL décor. ⚜️ Complimentary 2L bottle of water and a kettle. Bed was super big and comfortable. Location is perfect in the center and on the corner of Váci utca (the main street). There was a drainage problem in the shower and the staff helped with moving to another room - thank you very much for that. Breakfast was nice. Some more salads would have been good. Although it was an automated machine - the coffee was great!!! Prices went quite high in Budapest/ Hungary in less than a year, so pay attention if you visited before.

Breakfast - :) Pls try to avoid putting bell peppers in every salad dish... Not everyone has a good tummy for it. Thanks.

Hotel location is just amazing! This is the main advantage. Breakfast is very good as well. They have multiple choices and the food is tasty! Regarding the room - too small in my opinion. Our shower wasn't drained out properly when taking a shower which was really annoying. Coffee capsules weren't filled every day and we had to ask reception multiple times. Bed sheets were misplaced and revealed a not vacuumed mattress. All and all, value for money this was quite okay, but I guess a better maintenance would do this place some miracles.

Great staff with a big smile and always helpfull. The hotel is in a very nice place close to everything. Metro and bus stations are only few meters away so you can visit all that places you must see in Budapest very easy. For sure i ll visit again when come in Budapest.

May be the hot items in breakfast have more variery. That was the only negative point but not very important. Overall the breakfast was excellent.

The location was superb. The hotel is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, stores, souvenirs shops and walking distance from a bus stop. The Budapest Ferris and St Stephan's Bassilica are at a walking distance. The reception staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They were more than willing to help with directions, sightseeing options and ticket bookings.

While there was housekeeping everyday, it was not upto the mark.

The location is superb - it’s just a 2 minute walk to the Danube and it’s right in the Center of the shopping area. The staff were very pleasant, breakfast was really good with a huge variety. The hotel was perfect for our needs for a long weekend in Budapest.

Nothing - everything was great. Maybe just warn tourists about the metro ticket system when they check in. It’s nothing to do with the hotel but tourists need to be advised how to work the tickets to avoid being fined. (Like us!)

The location is ideal, right in the center. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. The room was very warm. Overall a very good impression of staying at the hotel :)

I didn’t understand one thing, the room was booked for three and there were only two capsules for the coffee machine on the day of arrival and subsequently no more capsules were added and there was no kettle at all..
