Perfect location right in the city center. It was very easy to find and was close to my points of interest. The whole hotel is stylized with videogame graphics and designs. Might not be everyone's cup of tea, but I really liked it! Amazing breakfast was actually amazing. Probably one of the best breakfasts I've encountered so far on my travels. I think that it must satisfy absolutely everybody with wide selection from everything English breakfast related to fruits. Despite being in city center, the room was pretty quiet and you couldn't hear traffic outside. Very generous checkout up to 12:00 too, which can be very handy!

Sometimes you could hear conversations in the hallways, but that's really nitpicking. I think that it would be very handy to have a shower curtain in the bathroom; there was only a small glass pane half the width of the bathtub, which does not block water that well.

The hospitality was really good, the reception was responsive and there all the time, the receptionist/bartender, really nice, calm, responsive and really good at what he does. The price was amazing for what it offers and the location is quite good, you can reach in walking distance some great locations, close to bus stations, etc etc...overall, a really nice stay and I will definetly return.

They can do a little bit more cleaning to be honest. Not a deal breaker, but for some more sensitive or even with maybe a predisposition to allergies, could be a bit not right.

I stayed 4 nights with my son. The hotel is amazing, the gaming theme is an excellent idea. Staff is friendly, helpful, well informed. Late check-in was available at 2.30am (our flight was delayed). Breakfast is served until 10am, which was very useful on our first morning. Clean, modern place, it has very relaxing atmosphere. There are gaming option at the reception, you can borrow the controllers free of charge. The location is perfect. Literally a few steps from a tube station, shops... I booked an economy room, which was small but enough for the 2 of us. It was quiet, clean, very comfy. Loved the design. I will definitely recommend the hotel to my friends, family (I actually already did) and looking forward to come back.

The warm and cheerful hotel interior appealed to me the most, together with good breakfast and coffee, and the room was very clean and spacious. The room heating unit is very efficient and helpful in these autumn months. Staff is friendly and speak very good English. This was my second stay here, and the service is still up to standard, if not more. I could not be more happier.

I have nothing negative to point out.

The breakfast fully met my needs, there was a hot and cold food option every morning. The location was perfect for me, everything was quickly accessible from the hotel on foot or by public transport. I was also satisfied with the cleaning, a very nice lady (Ilona) made sure that I always arrived in a clean room in the evening.

Honestly there was nothing that I didn't like.

The receptionist guy was great (with the tunnels). Clean room and our window faced the courtyard so no noise from outside and we did not hear really any noise from surrounding rooms. The AC worked great. The beer in the hotel was very reasonably priced and the breakfast was sufficient. We really liked the location, short walking distance to both Arena Mall and all the bars - also right next to New York Café which is a must-visit! You have convenience stores very close by. For the money we paid we are 100% satisfied with our stay.

The room was a bit smaller than we expected and not really space for both of our suitcases. The AC was a bit loud but nothing too bad. Hard to shower without getting everything wet but the shower itself was fine. No fridge in the room, would have liked that to keep cold water etc. in our room.

The location is great, really central, great for the active nightlife, but probably not the closest to main touristic highlights of the city. I would recommend it for a second stay in the city. The breakfast buffet is great and the staff is very helpful.

The room I got (double) was quite small, but I have seen slightly bigger rooms (double as well) for the same fare on other floors. So I guess it depends on your luck. But all in all, nothing to complain about.

Excellent location, walking distance to Keleti train station, tram and metro at the corner. Hotel is clean, we had 3bed room, which was really big enough for 3 persons. There is no tea maker in the rooms, but there is in the lobby with perfect coffee 👍. Children also could play some pc games in the lobby. Breakfast very tasty, you can chose from various food. We enjoyed our stay

Just loved the property, so near to metro, tram or bus station and connectivity via public transport is 24/7. They have a special free zone for coffee and kids play area. I loved video game availability that too free, relive your old childhood memories while your stay.

Would like to skip this question, can’t think of anything as stay was Value for money.

They could provide body lotion ! Just the same soap for hands, hair and body. I didn’t feel cold in our room, however it came the cold weather from the windows!
