Prater Residence

Amazing location, everything is very close, city center, Danube, metro station, it is not problem to find a parking spot and possible park your car in Corvin Plaza Shopping mall, a 100m away from apartmant. Very big apartmant, two bedrooms and dining room, hot radiators, comfortable beds and kitchen with many amenities. We came late and we received a message from reception where we can find and how we can use ID cards. For any reccomendation.

Safe without key, but it was not so important.

A few minutes walk from the shopping mall . Great shops and food area with a wide variety of places to eat. Five minutes from Corvin Negyed station. Reception were super helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived.Nice big clean modern flat.

You could criticise the area as many of the buildings need repair and area is not the prettiest but it is so convenient . A few minutes walk from the metro so you can hop on for your Budapest sight seeing. I have a god daughter in Hungary and often meet with her in Budapest. I would certainly use this accomodation again.

Been here for work. Everything in walking distance or easy accessible through busses or metro. Even a shopping mall right next to it. Price wise top notch! Proper and was pleasant to stay at.

Maybe add some more toilet paper since we've ran out of it quickly and some basic products like coffee or bottled water.

The apartment is perfect for 4 people. It is equipped and warm. The self-check is very useful because we had a flight delay and with no bothers we just picked up the key and checked in. It is 15-20 min walking from the city center, but there is also convenient public transport. There is a shopping center just on the other site of the street, also for the Christmas markets there is a small square with a small market just on the next street. On the same square there are a lot of places to eat. We didn't have a car, so I can't say anything about the parking possibilities. We really liked the apartment and we recommend it for sure :)

Everything was absolutely brilliant! Location is great, right next to Corvin Plaza and Allee with loads of shops and restaurants nearby, subway is about 5 mins on foot. Apartment was nice and clean,you can see some wear and tear,but it's fantastic value for money. The receptionists were absolutely wonderful,lovely and helpful.

Spaceous appartment, good location, we had a lot of equipment (iron, dryer, washing machine), well equiped kitchen, nice balcony, enough towels, the bed was already made for our son, there is possibility to sleep for 5 persons

It is without shower, just bath, it is dificuilt to come in, the receptionist didn't have any additional information (about parking, eating)

I must say that the Prater residence exceeded our expectations. It is on reachable point 5 minutes walk to the metro/tram station and 2 minutes walk to the square/boulevard with restaurants and mall. The receptionists were very helpful and kind, we appreciate much that they allowed us to leave the baggage in our rooms after check-out.

We expected a small yard according to the pictures but we were told that there is only some kind of place to walk the dog. The room oriented toward the street was somewhat noisy because of bad windows. And finally, we missed a cheese grater, but this is nothing to complain about.

The staff was very kind, especially Szandra (I don't know if I wrote name correctly 🤭). Thanks for the help with parking, as well thanks for the advice on where to eat, etc. 🙂 Good location, clean and cosy apartment. They have a garden, so we could let our dog out. We'll definitely recommend you to others. 🤗

The staff, especially the manager, were very welcoming and friendly as we arrived, and helped us with a complimentary map and directions to a local Christmas market to get some delicious street food. Sadly, while staying here my son and I fell ill and were unable to leave the country. The manager and staff were exceptionally helpful during this period. They rapidly arranged an extension to our stay and offered to bring us food and medical supplies. They provided helpful advice on what to do with regards to self- isolation during our illness. They remained in touch throughout this period even on days when they were celebrating Christmas. The flat itself was roomy, comfortable and clean and was an ideal base for the exploration of Budapest we were able to manage before we became ill. I would highly recommend this accommodation for convenience, exceptional service and good value.

The apartment was great and very spacious. We had a huge green backyard. The internet connection was perfect (we worked during our stay). The location is very good, right next to a Shopping Center and around a lot of places to eat.

The only complaint is that the shower handler is missing and you cannot station it anywhere (you have to hold it). Lifehack - put the shower head on the last row of the heater on the wall and this will do the job.
