Reception is available 24h. We didn't wait too long for a check-in. The apartment is not so close to the city center, but there are plenty of public transportation options nearby. What you pay is what you get. It was comfy with plenty of room for this price.

Towels in the apartment were old and had stains on it, so I didn't use them. Also apartment with 2 beds could just be with one king bed, we had problems with it, because we wanted to sleep sometimes in the middle and next to each other, so what happened was that beds would just separate themselves :((

The mini kitchen was well equipt. Room was comfortable and clean. The hotel, although not in the city center (30 mins away by bus), was very well connected to the tram and bus station which was 3 mins away by walking. There were 2 groceries (Lidl and Spar) that were very close too

AC close-to, but not on the bed. Sufficient power-sockets. Desk for working. Spacious.

It is a bit out of the centre of the city. There are no 24h delis nearby and getting to the centre takes a bit of time. I wanted to stay a bit longer in my room, different staff members gave me different answers on cost and availability.

We booked the room for 2 adults and 2 children, but the sofa bed as written in the description was actually very small to sleep.. Not a good value for money.. The neighborhood isn't the best one in Budapest but it is OK for a short stay.. No amenities in the room (shampoo etc.).. Not enough towels in the room..

Room is large & quite equipped, there is everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. I was allowed to do a late checkout as the room was free on the next day. All is good.

The Wifi connection was little cranky at times and room key was little bent, so was slightly difficult to open and close the door lock. On arrival, I was asked to pay taxes, but informed them that I already paid while booking, they checked with their manager and allotted me a room without any further payment. Not a big thing but could have been avoided.

It was like hotel, but we didnt have rooms we had nice mini apartments with everything you need.

Beds are terrible, they seperate in between while you sleep and you can drop im between! Shower has some cheap head for water so its not the best. It was all super nice, but the beds were not great. Still recommend.

Everything was good. Reception works all night, so if you need anything they are available. Overall, our stay was good.

It seems that the walls are too thin, so you can hear the noise from other apartments. It gets really busy in the morning, so you can hear everything.

The room was very big and clean and in great condition. There's a small playground nearby for kids and two supermarkets. The city center is easily accessible via one bus.

Bathroom is a bit old, but very well kept, so we didn't mind. It would've been nice to have some tea and sugar.

We especially liked the reception being open 24 hours, so there was no need to reterive keys in coded boxes, and the receptionists provided us with valuable information about the apartment and the city!

The location was great! Even though the metro is not near, the tram and buses lines go very near the hotel and are easy to get to the city center. The administrative team was great! They helped us with our airport transfer

For some reason, we did not have daily cleaning which was only a problem because we did some cooking. Also, there were missing a pan they only had pots in the room. But these are little things.
