T62 Hotel

Hotel is generally nice and clean, rooms are a little bit on small side but otherwise comfortable. Location of the hotel is great (adjacent to railway station) and walking distance to the center of the city. WIFI in hotel works nicely and with decent speeds. There is a bar and tiny ammenities shop within the hotel and plenty of shopping/food/coffee choices within meters of the hotel.

Well, booking rating told me that this was exceptional hotel but in all fairness it is very nice (but not exceptional, specialy for that price point), same thing goes for breakfast which was nice and tasty but not exceptionall (two days in a row there were no fruits of any kind offered). Hotel offers garage parking, but it is 500-600m walking distance (and it is hard or impossible to park in front of the hotel to offload). None of this is a problem in itself, it is just that it was not explained properly. It is a nice hotel, likely great for business trips.

They could place a teapot in a room for an ability to make yourself a hot tea or a coffee also adding shower robes would be nice

Great location with trams, buses and underground nearby, friendly and helpful personnel, enjoyable atmosphere in the hotel, stylish interior, quiet room with soundproofing doors and windows, high quality appliances, nice bed with comfortable mattress, efficent air-conditioning even during heat wave, public parking spots available under the flyover and streets around the hotel, private parking access provided by the hotel.

Few places available during breakfast so sometimes you have to wait for a free spot, food of good quality but with little choice, room might have been cleaner a bit but it is a detail

The large room was comfortable and recently renovated. It was somewhat smaller than in the pictures, but still large enough. The selection of foods and drinks for breakfast was better than expected.

People at reception are professional, but cold and uninterested to help you with info about night buses. There is no cutlery and napkins available, so you have to ask for them from the staff. Parking is somewhat problematic. They recommended a parking garage nearby and told me to pay for my stay at the reception, but without giving me a QR code which is could use to go in and out of the garage. During my stay (3 nights) two times I had issues getting out since their system relies on someone being available to open the garage manually. This means that one time I had to wait for someone 15 minutes (I couldn't even pay since the receptionist took my QR code). The second time I had to pay to get out.

The hotel was nicely furnished, the staff very friendly and the location very good as well with lots of restaurants and public transport options nearby. you can also walk to a lot of places. We also loved the artwork and how colourful the interior is.

The breakfast was ok but not as good as we expected though. it was good to have some Hungarian dishes on offer but there was barely any fresh fruit, no glasses for the juices available and only a few healthy food items on offer. It would also have been great to have some coffee and tea making facilities in your room. If you are sensitive to noise, don’t get a room facing the main road. They have good windows but you can still hear the trams.

The staff were very kind and professional!! They even prepared a very sweet surprise for our birthdays :) Really appreciated! The hotel is modern and the interior is very artsy - loved that! The room was clean and spacious and the soundproofing was great - really quiet and could sleep very well. Breakfast is very nice and there is a big variety of options and the quality of the products was great too! Location is great - just 15 min away from Deak Ferenc ter and 1 minute away from the metro. Really close to the Opera and Andrassy street, as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Everything was perfect. Breakfast was fantastic as there was a variety of items to choose from. Breakfast was included in the price. The bed was really comfortable and although the hotel's location was right in front of the train station and very central, no noise pollution bothered us at all. Apertures were of extra double glazed and also loved the wall pictures. Very original. The staff were really helpful. Provided all necessary information. Since our stay fell towards valentine's day, the foyer was lovely decorated with hearts and other welcoming decorations. On top of everything,very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

I would have liked more light in the room. And maybe a small kettle to enjoy a coffee in the afternoon.

Awesome hotel with cool room and furniture design, polite and helfpul personnel, newly renovated building it seems, with great A/C working system, spatious rooms, kettle, mini-fridge and valuable safe in the room; also wide range of food for breakfast! Check-out at 11 as a major plus to be said. Late evening the hotel doors are closed and no one can enter without a booked room card! Great value for money on this budget is range, unbeatable if they keep it the same on the long run!

Hotel area is the Nyugati train station area and like in any major city in the world, most of the streets around are dirty, smelly etc. Also the hotel cleaning can be done way better, especially in the bathrooms. Recommended parking space that the hotel collaborates with is 3 blocks away, so 10 minutes walk distance which is far away when you have a small baby to carry on a travel.

Stylish, clean, comfortable hotel in a brilliant location. Shopping centres just steps away, as well as the local rail, bus and tram stops mere steps away from the hotel. The hop on, hop off bus stop is also right outside the hotel. Staff were so helpful and polite- we were there celebrating our wedding anniversary and staff had left a note in our room which was a lovely gesture. Room was equipped with everything we needed - great lighting, mirrors, powerful shower, safe and fridge. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and had lots of options and set us up for a day exploring Budapest.

Our bedroom window faced the road and the noise from the tram can be heard. This wasn't an issue for us, but may be for some. I suppose that's the price you pay for being so central / close to transport.

Educate your guest—I know it’s not your fault but maybe there will be a way for you to improve: we lost our appetite at breakfast because there was a group of young boys who touched all the bread and everything by hands. Maybe you can put a big “no hands” sign or something like that. And one boy took 5 pancakes while there was a long queue, so maybe put a sign like “Maximum 3 at a time”, just an idea. 2. We bought a Pringles that costed 7 euro something. I am aware that hotel prices are different with extra service charge etc. but 7 euro plus felt a bit much. 3. Toilet could be a bit bigger. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the experience could be improved
