FabHotel Golden Swan Chennai Airport Free Pickup & Drop

Right from reception staff to room service, people were very cooperative and courteous. They helped even when we returned very late from airport with smiling face. Taste of the food served were excellent. Both South Indian and North Indian. So tasty. Hats off to the cook. Room was neat and clean. Parking may be a problem but for us we had space to park our car. Hope they will take care of parking. Approach road (ofcourse it is not in their hand) was horrible. Still it is close to airport so it was ok Though we felt road was horrible, after seeing other plus points, we were ok. Very good for family stay. Thanks a lot to the staff. Please continue to be so always.

Absolutely loved the reception and hospitality. The room was spacious and had good sound proofing. I had requested for airport drop off service at 4:30 am and they did provide the service even at that early hours. Had a great stay overall!

The water heater was broken. I had an early flight and due to this niggle I had to take a ice cold shower but it's a minor niggle I would say.

1. The room was quite big. 2. It was maintained well. 3. The staff were cooperative. 4. Bathroom was neat. Shower was good.

1. No pickup was provided from Airport to hotel, though it was promised. 2. The TV needed a switch to be on but the staff did not do it. 3. Though it was known that 2 persons will be staying, only one towel was initially kept. 4. Soap dispenser required lot of effort to get soap.

The Stay with Treebo was very Good , the room was clean and we had all the proper amenities provided and the staff were kind and the hospitality was good. Enjoyed the food that we ordered and the complementary breakfast was also good.

The room was clean and well maintained - including the bathroom - very important! The staff was polite and helpful. The location isn't the best; the approach road is rather narrow and often clogged with traffic. This is the main drawback of this hotel. Other than that, I would highy recommend it.

The hotel has all the facilities for a comfortable stay. It is well maintained and clean. The staff is polite and helpful. Airport pickup and drop is really helpful and appreciated.

All staff can be in formal uniform. They can be up-to-date with the range of services to be given to customers as per the booking made. Some more training will help them to be more professional.

Whilst the hotel was at a convenient location close to airport it was in a residential area and this meant a short 5 min walk to amenities such as local supermarket. Restaurants were slightly further away but not too far.

From Airport free pick-up was not there; However I appreciate the free drop to airport was arranged in the early morning at 04:30 a.m. felt very good / happy. Otherwise it was very difficult to get the transport at right time in the wee hours. AC is very good. Room space is OK. Location is not on a big main road, but on some narrow lane streets (after passing few KMs of good main road). Dining area cleanliness needs some improvement. Receptionist man, support boys are good nature, very helpful. Language is only Tamil with little English and no Hindi at all. Overall very happy with the room and service.

The room is very clean and comfortable with a lot of spaces. The room looks the same as it can be seen in the pictures. The toilet is also very clean. The staffs of this hotel are very well mannered and helpful. Their food is very delicious and the complimentary breakfast includes a lot of delicious items. I would highly recommend anyone to stay over this place.

Perfect for a nights stay to catch the flight. Rooms were spacious, clean, and modern. Staff was very helpful. Would help if they spoke a bit more English. Food was not bad either. Not an ideal location if you are planning to spend a few days exploring Chennai. Good for airport stays only.

Excessive pre booking and post booking communication- WhatsApp, messages, and email. I booked through booking.com but still had to make partial payment on a 3rd party platform to confirm the booking. I received atleast 20 messages leading up to the booking- confusing and a bit annoying. There was no direct contact for the hotel- only fabhotel general customer care number.
