Amazing service from the front office till you name it everywhere The oasis restaurant staff were awesome courteous - Taju Pritika and Christina The food was amazing The housekeeping was prompt and exceptionally very responsible staffs like urnya , Jacob and abhish were so dedicated . Front office Pratibha and Suman were as well so guest oriented and always prioritized guests And not to forget Mr. Venkatesh the duty manager and Chandan from the swimming pool duty made us feel really special in their own way Overall a very nice experience A very special mention to the travel desk department Mr. Joseph and Doorgesh and the entire team, they just - I don't have words to explain smiling and extremely courteous with their warm smile.

Maybe the TV wasn't working the first day, but it didn't matter much infront of the hospitality ciurteousness and the value for money

It's clearly an upmarket hotel with a corporate feel and is largely maintaining the standards you'd expect from Radisson. The breakfast is excellent, the pool an added bonus in a hot city. The environment is sheek. Staff are attentive, particularly reception (Pratibha) and lobby staff.

The laundry fees are a little excessive, I feel. Bar prices are also at the high end. I found the service at breakfast cursory at times - with staff not always looking vigilant for taking requests for coffee or a la carte items. I'm assuming its to aid security - but we were asked our room number on many occasions.

To start with it's one of the good hotel with 5K budget I have stayed at dozen of hotels, This was on the top of the list of best stays. experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and where there for every need of mine.The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable especially F&B and the housekeeping, also the front office staff all where very helpful last. Every staff member I encountered, from the security to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues! The sevice was exceptional as well

Fuss-free processes, unpretentious vibe, highly functional amenities and responsive staff. Buffet spread at breakfast was sumptuous, and healthy as well. Well thought out portions - the tiny bite sized croissants were just the right size. The room was large, the mattress and pillows had quite the tight firmness, the shower head had the right pressure. Small aspects that add to the delight :) I had requested for an early checkin and late checkout and while they didn’t confirm it beforehand, both requests were granted.

Nothing really, would be the place to stay when I come here next.

The rooms are adequate, if not anything spectacular. The service is wonderful and the staff are uniformly attentive and welcoming. Food is solid - worth mentioning is the non veg club sandwich and the Thai Green Curry which we had for dinner one night. This was my third stay at the hotel, which is also good value for money,

The only negative I can think of is the location. It is a little difficult to guide drivers (taxi/auto) to the hotel. On the other hand, the hotel is very close to Express Mall and to Sankara Nethralaya, which makes it ideal for my purposes.

1. Breakfast spread was excellent. Food served in the room was also great. 2. In the room, I particularly liked the shower force and flow. Ample toiletries were provided. 3. Staff was very courteous. There was no shortage of complementary water and tea / coffee supplies in the room. 4. View from the room was great. 5. Air-conditioning was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. 6. Cleanliness was above reproach. 7. The staff was honest to tell me that Uber to the airport would be much cheaper than their own cab service. 8. Ample TV channels in Hindi & English (though the TV size was a bit small for the room).

Just a couple of points I would have liked better. 1. Before arriving, I had completed the hotel's online check-in formalities. I had also uploaded my ID. Having done that, I was expecting I would get the room immediately. But on actual check-in, I was still required to give ID of all the guests including myself. It seems there wasn't much point in spending time & efforts before for online check-in. 2. At check-out, they asked me whether I had consumed something from room bar snacks. I said I did. They checked the room and charged me for that. I have no complaint about that. But while checking, they would have found a my own beer can which I had forgotten in the fridge. They should have returned it to me.

The hotel was neat & clean. The rooms were comfortable with all basic amenities. The room where my family stayed were spacious. Toilets/bath areas were very comfortable. The house keeping services were good especially the house keeping supervisor AMULU was very co-operative and helpful. The counter staff were more than willing to help. The Restaurant in the L2 was superb with good quality breakfast/dinner etc .. The Chef was very social. The location of the hotel was superb with easy approaches to all important areas. The room services were prompt. In all it was a nice and memorable stay. Hotel is recommended for family stay without any hesitation.
