Great location. Awesome staff! We really liked the staff here! Very friendly! Our room on the 11th floor had a great view of the Braga street. Enough space for your suitcase and clothes. Got a small fridge to keep your drinks cold.

The wifi was average.It cut out sometimes specially at night when I guess everyone were in their rooms. If you decide to leave a complimentary coffee, dont just leave one coffee pod. There are usually two people. Im not sure if the idea was that we are sharing a coffee? Only a specific coffee machine that uses pods. No water boiler for the tea that they supply. The breakfast was not good in my opinion. I only drank the coffee which was nice! Please remove your elevator music or change it up more often.

Art-themed hotel, with art pieces in the hotel and rooms, heard that art exhibitions are held in the hotel lobby sometimes too. Lobby: a cafe (B10 Coffee) located beside the lobby reception. Clean toilets at lobby. Location: located in downtown Bandung, private parking. Room: average-sized. Toilet is average sized. Great view of the city skyline with the huge window on one whole wall Facilities: essential hotel toiletries available. Big TV. In-house massage available but did not try. Staff: speak English quite well Security: Gated complex with security guards

Room: added an extra bed for 30k so the walkway became a bit cramped

The location is superb. It is at the heart of the city which allow short travel time to some of Bandung culinary places. The price is affordable with such good location. The breakfast menu variation is good. Many choices from Indonesian to American breakfast.

The water pressure at the room for shower and urinate is very low. Would appreciate if the hotel take care of this important stuff.

It's my 4th stay so I guess it tells a lot 😄 Location, hotel itself, the staff, pretty much everything. This time, I booked 6 rooms, traveling with family and we had to ask for a late check out. Hotel staffs are excellent, even though they were quite full, the managed to provide us late check out which helped us a lot. Thank you so much. I sure will return again.

The roads around hotels are closed from 18.00, so it's quite tricky to get back to hotel if you stay out after that time. It's not hotel's fault of course, but still someting to put into consideration

Big room, great location in the heart of Bandung, friendly staff, comfortable big beds, most of the room was clean :)

It was not 100% clean, there was some dust and hair under the sink in the bathroom. We didn’t care that much but it’s an easy thing to improve :)

At the center of jl. Braga give us easy walking access to Braga street the real old bandung area.

The swimming pool could use shade so we can enjoy it while the sun is up without getting sunburnt. Parking space should be better

Totally, hotel is good and nice place to see "Braga street" in bandung. And starbucks is so close.

At that time, it was raning. I think its better for hotel to prepare several good umbrella. We used umbreea from hotel but its broken and torn.

Love the studio room, clean and very comfortable.. and also love the room view.

Food, the taste was standard and also for parking space not too big but have valley parking..nice point!

The location is exceptional. It’s within walking distances to many landmarks including the famous Braga street. There’s a restaurant and bar in the lobby and there are many good restaurants nearby as well. They also provide a free bike for guest.

The road to this place is closed for cars and motorbikes from 18:00, so it can be a bit of a hassle if you’re planning to drive.

The location is only walk distance to the famous braga street. The bed was so big. I think its 2x2m. I got rooms with connectiong door, was really nice since i was travelling with my children. Love the hot water.

The car park is to small. And there is no towel available at the pool during this pandemic. Everyone should bring their towel from room which is i dont know what the different if they provide other towel at the pool. Wifi during the 1st night was down. The other night was ok.
