Hotel Mercure Bandung City Centre

Service by all the staff was excellent. Room was spacious, with sufficient amenities. Breakfast buffet did not disappoint, plenty of options. Location is great if you intend to explore Bandung's city, and availability of taxis and Grab/Gojek is plenty.

Only complaint is regarding the lift maintenance, only one lift was operational during the stay, however the staff were gracious to allow the use of the service elevator when the queue for the only operational lift was too long.

Not much comments. Generally Good.

There were big Family group members ..elder and kids hanging around my floor lift lobby..playing and running..creating a lot of noise..They are not staying inside their room..This could advise the hotel to take note of..

Location was good near commercial areas,

The main entrance is mixed with parking and transit of cars. Towels quality can improve and they did not provide face towels if not requested.

The swimming pool !!! Because of the view!!!! The staffs are nice and polite, they are great !! The food is good ! And the rate for the room service is good !

The car parking is very small. I got the room where The exhaust fan in the bathroom is not working, makes the bedroom's a bit smelly. Minor thing but a bit bothering me is The closet's door can not be closed. The security deposit box is not working Other than that everything was good!

Clean , breakfast buffet was very good, very friendly and helpful staff, big beds and rooms, easy check-in, wifi worked well.

Room not sound proof, so we couldn’t sleep well , even in the midnight I woke up due the laugh and bell ring in the neighbour room Some staffs need to improve their English language .

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities in a fantastic location. Pool was superb with beautiful views of Bandung. Gym facilities were good also.

Breakfast was lacking and somewhat expensive compared to the local options nearby in Bandung.

Nice and clean room, great breakfast, lovely and very helpfull staff.

Some people were very loud in the hallway during evening and night.

Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The local sirloin steak we had ordered through room service. I like the medium rare, but the steak was welldone, the fries is shaggy and cold too. I made a complaint, they delivered the new one but the steak is the same. Plus, the texture of the steak is hard and chewy. But overall, we enjoyed the stay 💜

Room is clean and neat, breakfast is great with various choice, staff is helpfull, and the location is very close to the center of the city. The special thing is the rooftop swimming pool, it is cozy with good view.

The parking space is a little bit problem especially if there is an event at the hotel. I can not use the soap and shampoo at my bathroom, it was too liquid. Order popcorn at swimming pool but it does not microwaved properly. I have informed the staff about it.
