The outside seating area to enjoy the beautiful city views at night, as well as amenities that make this hotel suitable for families. Also, this hotel is connected to a mall, so that making it easier when you want to find food or other needs.

Check-in process. We understand that special room requests are subject to availability, but we have reconfirmed beforehand, and have noted. Even though in the end we got the rooms according to our special request, but before, the check-in staff said that all the rooms were full, until finally we showed that our special request had been noted by the hotel. In the future, we hope that special requests from guests will be given more attention. Because guests ask for a special room, of course to suits their needs and to make it more comfortable during their stay.

The room is adequate for me n family. Everything is great including location, staff, bed, cleanliness and plus point is mall next to hotel. The bathroom is quite small. Tedious for parents wz small kids to bath in together.

The Location is super convenience, its basically in the Mall. The Hotel itself is also very comfortable, easy to enter and exit ( also via the basement parking), The staff in general were nice, breakfast was super good and the room we stayed in was clean but there were some signs of wear n tear in the room. So I give this Hotel a solid 8.8

The room has typical Harris style. Bright, efficient layout and comfy bed.. This hotel is attached to shopping mall. Super convenient to get some food.

I get used to stay in Harris Jakarta during weekday and they're very famous with sausages, cheese platter and beef bacon. Ungortunately the breakfast during weekend is a bit dissapointing. Fresh juice is great. But other menu taste so so. We checked in at 4pm. But 1 room still not ready :-(

Every time I come to visit Bandung I stay in this hotel. The room is comfy, staff is friendly, breakfast is great, Location is phenomenal and the daily rate is good! A solid 8.8!!!

Convenient and connected to the mall. Bumped into Afgan at the lobby as he was having a concert in the hotel’s ballroom = major plus! Hotel staff helpful and polite.

Toilet could be cleaner.

Staff were friendly , rooms and hotel were nice and clean and we really enjoyed the breakfast and hands down the best TV options in any hotel I have found in Indonesia so far.
