Friendly staff clean room and good room service. Wonderful atmosphere.

My check in was delayed due to my room being not ready because engineer was checking something in the room. But i accepted it with no long face or frustration however when it was checkout there seem to be no leniency and have to pay about $50 so i just didnt check out late though was very tired from the long night out. Not blaming them as I know its SOP but it would be great if they showed some appreciation for my not being a pain to them about the delayed check in.

It’s a convenient location to go to the city malls and other locations. The room is spacious with a low price and the lift has a very nice view when going up or down. The service staff was helpful when we asked for a recommendation for food or places. Towel and toiletries provided as a complimentary.

Was about to have a bath in the bathtub then my spouse check the water wasn’t clean. It was very dirty when we turn on the water pipes for the bathtub. Could have been better stay for us if we could use the bathtub properly with a clean water in it.

Cleanliness, staffs are good. Good ambience and lot of facilities like pool, Steam room, spa massage center, ball rooms lot of things available and looks like a posh resort🥳🥳🥳🥳

Food.. Should have some more vegetarian options.. so, it will be worth to pay 110k IDR for breakfast. More variety of Asian cuisine to be included for covering tourist from Other Asian countries instead of having more concentration on Indonesian food. Bread, butter and spread along with good coffee, juice and waffle is life saving for Vegetarian options... more than that, no options for Vegetarian food. Mainly for Indians who are vegetarian. It would be great if they look into some proper Vegetarian food suitable for Indians also.

Best hotel ever. With the honesty of the cleaning staff. A few days back when my parents stayed at that hotel, mums left her samsung flipped phone in the drawer. Only get noticed when she reaches Singapore.. After a call away. Mums managed to retrieve her phone back. Thanks to the housekeeping staff who found and kept it safe for my mums. Terima kasih🙏🙏🙏

Only the swimming pool is out of order. For a week. Pity my daughter won't get to swim at the hotel.

Everything except the new settings and staffs.

New staff ain't professional. Wi-fi is getting worse. I don't see any changes in the breakfast menu after the 2023 trip. Billiards room has yet to be rebuilt after many years. Planet Holiday used to be a one stop recreational but it is failing our expectations.

The room is a very good size and the breakfast always had a good variety of food. The rooms were cleaned well and made up every day by a good team. The outdoor pool is very good and is in the sun all day so great to relax and get a tan.

Parking in the front of the hotel was always full and if there were spaces there were reserved signs in front . There was ample parking beside the hotel but in wet weather it was not ideal having to park there and walk to to the entrance with no cover

The location is near to many amenities such as near to the Harbour bay ferry terminal, Padang dishes, Indian dishes and there's a shuttle bus 3 times a day on Fri, Sat and Sun to Nagoya Hill and DC Mall. Breakfast spread is sumptuous. Service staff attentive. There's a gym, swimming pool and dry sauna in service. However the steam room was out of order. I understand you can book room in the hotel via WhatsApp

Everything was great. The rooms were big and nice comfortable chair to sit and hang out. The bed were comfortable and i was just so happy to get a room like that for the price. It even had a bathtub and shower separately, which is great! Breakfast was great too. I just love how comfortable the room is with carpeted flooring and great air conditioning

There is nothing nearby so you have to take a taxi out

We love the interior design of the hotel. Cleanliness of the room was top notch. Air-conditioning is cold. Room with a nice view. Bed is so comfortable. We had a good sleep. Overall rating for me and wife is Superb👍👍👍 would like to come back again. Thnx for the great service. Keep it up!!!

The check-in was very smooth. Front desk staff were very polite and spoken good English. The rooms are kept clean and tidy everyday. Breakfast buffet have many varieties and good. Enjoyed family times at the swimming pool. Overall, the staffs are very polite and helpful.
