Fraser Residence Sudirman, Jakarta

Location very good, security check incoming outgoing professional good, friendly efficient front office check-in good, facility good, the location & condition of the room allocated to me/my family was very good, clean & well maintained facility very good, beds kitchen shower hot water all functioned very well..... my family we truly enjoyed our stay, relaxing. This is my first time booking Fraser Residence and it is now in my top 3 list for choice to stay in Jakarta. Keep up the good work.

clean, quiet, nice atmosphere, very friendly and helpful receptionists, good location, reasonable room rates

Need to have more than 1 stove/fryer as it took too long asking for omelletes, as during bfast there were many guesses. until we finished our bfast, omelletes were not ready. Towels look not too clean because the towel color becomes not white, better if towels are replaced with new ones.

Great place. The suite was well equipped and very spacious. The bedroom is comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, responding quickly to queries. It's nicely positioned for nearby restaurants. The pool is amazing.

This property is one of the best due to its location and its staff great reception.

Only to pay more attention to the bathroom items especially towels, as they look worn out from the frequent washing and need to be changed

Location and facilities

Inhouse restaurant was a bit too slow in service, Had to wait for an hr for food to be served.

First of all, this residence has a perfect location. Residence provides easily access to Sudirman Road. The room is specious, clean, well maintained and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Love meals , room service and convenient restaurant.

As returning guests we were greeted warmly by the staff and love our stay in these apartments. The apartment was as we reserved and Pak Puji, the porter welcomed us like family. We will be back again.

Very accomedating staff, nice sized clean apartment, big pool and gym.

I love about everything! This residence just almost perfect. Highly freakin recommended. The vibes, the privacy, all the things that u want, they really got that! One thing i like about was the staff. They really nice to guest.

Just one thing, there is mo hair dryer. After that, everyhting was perfect!
