obliging staff. we had an issue with air con in one of rooms and WiFi the other and they went out of their way to solve and sort!

WiFi was weak in areas.

The hotel is a dream vacation spot to relax and enjoy the best that Lombok has to offer. Breakfast is huge, with several options, everything fresh and served during extended hours. Loved that the pool and bar area was big and super relaxing. A trial yoga class was offered when I was there, and I hope they offer more activities to the guests like this in the future.

The room was dirty behind the beds and the AC seemed not to be changed for a while. I had allergies during my entire stay and found a scorpion in my room. Some staff were incredibly nice and helpful and some didn't seem to be helping to answer our questions at all, so I guess you just need to be lucky when talking to staff there. The hotel could help the guests with transfer options to nearby places, but only a standard taxi was suggested to us.

The staff were very helpful. The cook was excellent and so accomodating. I arrived late afternoon and had some dietary requirements. He was very attentive , accomodating and cooked something for me that was suitable. The small cafe /restaurant attached to the hotel is probably their biggest asset. The cook is great and cooks good , simple , tasty food. You dont have to go far to look for food. But they only open at 3pm. The staff were quite friendly and informative. They helped me with my baggage and even offered to send me by motorbike to a restaurant. Having a kettle in room would be nice. They have a nice outdoor seating area and free refillable mineral water as well as water in a jug in your room. All in all a great place to stay.

There was a waterpump noise for a greater part of the night ( droning away continously) until I fell off to sleep about 2 hours after midnight.out of tiredness. I dont know what it is but they should get it checked out.. It is quite disturbing.

very nice place and much better as expected based on references here. Clean, to the point and great value for money!! The environment works well, the dance / restaurant close by .. stops the music on Saturday at sharp midnight and during the week at 11. it worked very well in my schedule!! love the place and will definitely go again!

no complaints.. if yiu need something they help you with it. just ask

Komodo Lodge consists of several houses which are neatly arranged to each other forming a small square in the middle, where many flowers blossom. It is very beautiful there and provides a great view from roof terrace. We had a small problem with AC in the beginning which was fixed immidiately! Very close to the harbour! And only 15 min max to the airport by car.

The mattrasses were not so comfortable.

Beautiful location! Short walk to the main road with everything you could hope for. Plenty of water provided to refill water bottles.

We were there for a Saturday and Sunday night. A nearby venue (next door?) played insanely loud club music until midnight Saturday and there was a live band until 10:00p on Sunday. Impossible to sleep until after the music stopped. Breakfast 'to go' box not available before 6:00a, even though we were assured it would be ready for 5a.

i have stayed here for more than 2 times. it is located in the city, near the harbour. you can find convenience store easily aroung the hotel. the room is spacious, the staff is helpful and friendly. lunch or dinner can by provided by request. the view is great if you stayed on 2nd floor and above. parking lot is available inside the building. this is the best hotel so far in labuan bajo.

It was such a lovely place. Ilse loved the room and the staff were lovely. Literally 5 min walk to the the hotel from the port. You don’t even need to take a taxi.

Nothing to dislike we just wished we could have stayed the extra night we booked.

Very close to loud restaurant with obnoxiously loud subwoofers (for music that doesn’t even need it), prayer calls very loud in room even with earplugs, due to gap under the door and vent in the bathroom

Beautiful grounds, close to main road and quick walk to town area, AC good, Wi-Fi good, beautiful view from top floor that overlooks bay

Lots of stairs, very little seating room, one of the three rooms smelled like smoke
