The Jayakarta Suites Komodo Flores

The hotel.has free shuttle bus which pick and drop you to airport and to down town every evening during your stay in the hotel. The beach is just in front of.the hotel which you can walk and do sun bathing there if you wanted but I am not sure about swimming in the beach because the water too brown maybe because its too shallow. We stay in room with balcony so every morning we sat in the balcony and admire the beauty of ocean view. The room so comfortable and the staff are all friendly. You walk to main road and they have local shop which they sell beer bintang

The location of hotel is far away from town hence they have free shuttle bus which take you there every evening, if you want to order taxi you have to order through receptionist, when we entered our room, there are few minor mistake we found, like.. they just supply 1 robe, 1 pair of slipper, 1 chair in the balcony for double room, one of lighting in our childrens room is not working. When we complain.its takes lots differents staff to fix the mistake. They do need abit proper training but after all they all quiet helpful staffs

Even though it was off-season, the staff were attentive, wonderful and accommodating, the property was amazingly well maintained and super clean. The room attendant paid attention to detail and even laid slippers out for me after a day tour. The room was spacious. They provided a shuttle to my next stay instead of a return to the airport without me requesting it. Convenient and no hassle. Well worth the price to stay. I’ll be honest, don’t expect a beautiful beach to leisure at, but it’s nice for a stroll and pool is fantastic. Pool towels were handed to me with a warm smile. Everyone had a welcoming smile and were ready to meet my requests. It was a great place to relax. I ordered diners from Grab which was so convenient.

The breakfast was mediocre but a good selection and you won’t leave hungry.

Overall it's a tidy hotel that was once great but now has a few rough edges and a dated feeling, however there were no critical faults and I'd gladly stay again. The pool and gardens were easily accessible, interesting and relaxing. As it's not so close to the centre/port the hotel has a free evening shuttle which was very practical to use.

Wifi had some issues the first day but the staff were attentive and tried to fix it - afterwards it worked acceptably, not as bad as other comments I read. I swam once at the beach, the water itself is mostly clean but there's some rubbish on the beach sadly, so generally the pool is better to use.

It was really amazing staying in this hotel.. it is a little bit far away from the local town and harbour, but doe's matter... you're on vaca !! Just one thing, they need to train their staff better, especially the driver from the hotel. They need to know their locations and map better than the visitors because this is what your company sell ... :)

The hotel is clean and quiet, out of the way from the centre but an affordable taxi each way.

The sound proofing between rooms was not great and was quite disruptive as the noise from the interconnecting room was as if someone was in the same room at times. This is likely due to the stone floors that mean sound travels.

Nice pool, good restaurant and free shuttle to main town.

Rooms were a little noisy, you could hear people in the corridor and people watching TV in the early hours of the morning.

We had a lovely stay in The Jayakarta Suites! Breakfast was great with an excellent choice of all kinds of food. The freshly prepared eggs were delicious! The gardens in which the hotel is located are beautiful and the pool was refreshing and clean!

not enough vegan option on restaurant menu, no soy milk or oat milk (it’s like i was speaking another language when i asked them). we are in 2022 guys, improve your vegan options.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Great spot for sunset. They offer a free shuttle into town each evening. Great options for breakfast.

The beautiful gardens, proximity to the beach, quiet surrounding.

The food (!) I can not recommend it (!) also the many smell enhancers… in the lift, in the laundry… almost made me sick to my stomach.
