Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end. Very nice staff welcomed us, we stayed at a comfortable and spotless clean room with everything you need - I appreciated 2 pillows per person, kettle and tea, table and chair, space around the sink in the bathroom. Small details but made the whole stay comfortable.

Loud mosque early in the morning, but that’s probably everywhere in Lombok

Good budget chain Hotel. WiFi was the best I've found in Indonesia so far. Strong and reliable, even inside the room. Bed comfortable. Aircon good. Clean room. Water dispensers in the hallways so you can fill your water bottles. Kettle in room. Good powerful shower. Good soundproofing. Well located for the immigration office and there are 2 supermarkets opposite. Food in restaurant good and reasonably priced. Staff friendly and helpful.

Nothing really. No view from window, but I wasn't fussed by this. It wasn't the reason I stayed here.

Loved that the room was so quite and clean also having a kettle & teabags and good air-conditioning. Breakfast was fabulous & Cappuccinos are excellent 👌

There were no fridges in some rooms or milk for cuppas and I couldn't get any milk brought up from the downstairs Cafe so grabbed some from the mini mart across the road.

- Room : Very comfortable bed, AC, fridge, TV with several movie channels - Professional and friendly staff (especially the lady working morning & afternoon shifts at the reception) - Location : quiet area, some convenient stores & cafés around - Good value for the price

- Breakfast : not many choices, pastries were hard as rocks - Music too loud in the hallway (5th floor)

This is a really good hotel all the way - I had the best shower for a long time! Excellent breakfast, staff friendly and very professional. Recommend the place.

The hotel is next to a big mosque that sends amplified prayers out - the first one around 4.30 in the morning. So it was not quiet. Remember to ask for the quiet side of the hotel if you do not want to listen to the prayers.

The staff, location restaurant food and option with good price, facilities

Only issue that i had was VPN connection over wifi that i needed for work. But apart from that nothing to complain

Location is not far from the city centre, breakfast is reasonable for a budget hotel. Staff are excellent, helpful and attentive.

The rug in the room looks dirty and dusty. I prefer my room to be vacuumed on daily basis.

Amazing stay in the heart of Mataram district. comfy bed, shelf, bath, and TV! WiFi is also good!

The only draw that I found was the soap which had a foul smell to it, but that was no biggie at all!

Fast check-in, clean rooms, nice bed, good air-conditioning, delicious breakfast.

No nice restaurant, warm drinking water in the hallway. Refrigerator in the room would be nice.
