Jeeva Santai Villas

Loved the room bungalow, the view, lack of kids, coziness and privacy of resort.

Food needed to have more choices and was ok, not wonderful. Also be nice if staff came and asked if wanted anything else instead of always having to go to them.

The villa was amazing! very comfortable bed and big private swimming pool. Best villa we stayed! they cleaned two times a day and offered a nice breakfast. The price is really good for its value. The villa could be 5 stars!

There was a bath in our villa, but there was not enough warm water to fill it with, so the bath could not be used. Also there was a very weird smell in the shower, it smelled like sulfur. We booked a taxi with the hotel to bring us to the harbour a day before we needed it. On the day itself the taxi was not there, when we asked for another it was 280.000 instead of 200.000 (the price of the day before). We booked a Grab ourself for 158.000. I would recommended not booking a taxi with the hotel. Lastly, at the restaurant we always got our food way before we got our drinks. That was inconvenient.

Amazing waterfront location. Wonderful welcoming staff for which nothing is too much trouble, and yet are not overbearing. Very clean everywhere. Exceptionally well appointed rooms & Villas. Comfortable beds. Great sized pools (public and private villa). Waterside restaurant has an amazing sunset location and the service from Habib and his team was first class throughout. Pricing is also very reasonable. You can snorkel from the hotel as it is ocean facing. No reason to leave the property, but easy to get in to local towns by taxi if you want to explore.

Ok rooms but choose not to stay in ground floor- you newer know who lives above you, it might be elephants that we had. Good cleaning, great taste of food but for me just a average hotel

This hotel is in the middle of nowhere and there is nothing in the area so expect to be at the hotel. Pictures are lying a bit- it’s a seafront but not beach front hotel - you are not able to swim in the sea there. The staff at a bit slow in serving and most off them are a bit limited in English speaking. Restaurant went out of food by end of weekend for many of the dishes on both breakfast, dinner and lunch. Hotel air con smells like a fridge.

Villa was huge modern and kept immaculately clean. They did a turn down service every night where we had mosquito nets which was brill. Air con worked well. Water pressure good and lots of hot water. Food was excellent at breakfast and other meals we ate there alot. We visited their sister hotel for the day and got a free shuttle. There main pool is nice with lots of beds available and overlooking the ocean. We saw turtles in the sea very close to hotel while we sat having breakfast. We enjoyed watching the waves surfers and fishermen wading out. There was huge waves while we were there which did come over onto their main pool but we enjoyed this and of course they can't control the weather! We had problems due to sea that our ferry was cancelled at the last minute as other guests did too and the staff were very helpful in organising help. The staff are very friendly and always remembered my name.

The villa pictures show you have a cabana bed and 2 sunbeds. We had 2 bean bags and a small area pool water looked a bit green. We got our beanbags changed to sunbeds which was better. The villa was amazing I think it was initially just a bit disappointing as I expected our villa pool area to be bigger but was fine. They charge 21% service charge plus tax which seemed alot but I think all the hotels in lombok probably do it. We had been to Gili T which had nil added so was supeised but still not expensive. There is a fridge for the mini bar but it was always empty. There was only 1 to 2 TV channels that spoke english out of their 10 channels these were both news type channels.

Overall we had a great time, the hotel is very comfortable and convenient that they offer free transport to their sister resort Jeeva Klui for massages / dinner etc. The staff were generally great and attentive. We had the beachfront room which has beautiful views and was very nicely designed.

The property whilst beautiful is starting to show signs of wear and tear around that could be maintained a little better. The spa was just alright compared to other hotels in this region e.g. their menu showed gel manicure as part of their offering but they wouldn’t accommodate this or think of a way that they could do this when asked.

Beautiful villas, great atmosphere and incredible staff. We had the best time at Jeeva Santai Villas and can’t recommend enough. Our room with private pool (Seki) was amazing. The food in the restaurant is very good and the service is great as well. We hope to make it back here one day!

Location is a little remote, but this is no problem at all when you’re looking for a couple of days of relaxation.

I planned to stay here on purpose to propose to my girlfriend. It couldn't have wished for more. It exceeded all my expectations. The friendly hotel staff around Rido, Habib and all the others did an excellent job in preparing our romantic dinner by the pool. We loved the food and enjoyed the every day here. They also organized a scooter rental and spa appointment without hesitation. Our deluxe villa was amazing! Clean pool, clean rooms. Will come back again.

We really can't complain!

Great location with sunset view, a lot of privacy in our villa, very calm atmosphere, good food and drinks in the restaurant, helpful staff. Very cooperative when we had to cancel our first two nights, because the fast boats from Bali were all canceled!

All pictures (booking.com, hotel website) clearly showed our villa type to have an outdoor daybed which it had not. The hotel needs some renovation. Everything from towels and linen, via the tiles on the floor to the pools is just too old and too used for a hotel in this price category.

I really enjoyed my stay at Jeeva Santai. The room was beautiful, with so much space and a stunning front garden. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. Hotel views from the restaurant are stunning and the food was great.

There was a slight language barrier with the reception staff (compared to my experience staying in Bali hotels). A couple of things such as the laundry service got lost in translation. There were also some minor plumbing issues with the bath in my room, however since I was travelling alone it was not a big deal.
