The location of this property is very good. You come out of it and there are so many restaurants in 20 metre square and all of them very good. This is 5 mins by cab from hotel to Railway station and 5 min walk to the ship pier. It has a very good view of the lake como once you are out of the room. The room is spacious and very private. The host is very friendly and super helpful. On our day of leaving due to strike there were no taxis and the host dropped us to station.

When we arrived we had bad luck of no taxis so that was a bummer but nothing due to the property.

The property was in a fantastic location especially if you don’t plan to bring a car, it is close to the train station (Como Lago) bus station and Ferry Terminal but manages to be quiet and relaxing. Stefano is a great host and goes out of his way to be helpful, the bedroom was clean and comfortable and is in a very traditional Italian style. The city of Como is lovely with a wonderful choice of restaurants, plenty to do and is a great place to explore the lake from.

Nothing, it was perfect for our needs

The property is in an excellent location, especially if arriving by train or bus. Main stops are just a few meters away. Stefano made us feel very welcome from the first minutes and helped with the luggage to a very nice upper floor apartment. There is an elevator from the ground floor. The building faces the lake and is an easy walk into the city center and has excellent access to the lake front opposite. The room is in an older building but presents very well with a good space and more than adequate bathroom. The windows allowed a side view of the close by lake which was a feature. There are numerous restaurants very nearby and a bakery at the building entrance for a tasty short order breakfast. Parking nearby is per expensive meters but a car park about a kilometer away costs only Euros3 per day and is reached via a level walk along the lake. Overall, a very enjoyable stay for 3 nights. The room has a coffee machine as well.

I had read some raving reviews about this property and I wasn’t disappointed. The room was more like a small apartment and only 2 minutes walk from the train station; such a perfect location. Stefano the host was charming and efficient, he even put a chilled bottle of prosecco in the room for my sister’s 40th birthday. There’s no breakfast served here but we were supplied with plenty of tea and coffee pods to use with their expresso machine. The apartment had a beautiful view of the mountain leading up to Brunate. We had an amazing stay there in Como; breathtaking views. I will definitely return and absolutely will book with Stefano again. 😊🏅👏🏻

Everything was perfect! Steffano was an excellent host and made communication very easy. A great location if you’re travelling by train from Milan as it’s close to the station (about a 3 minute walk) and then about 5 minutes to the Center of Como Lago where you can catch the bus or boat to Bellagio and more. We were greeted with a friendly hello and given Steffanos WhatsApp incase we needed anything during our stay. We were even given a free bottle of Prosecco and some snacks along with a coffee machine!! The bed was big and super comfortable, with 2 pillows each! a lovely size bathroom with nice toiletries. Perfect for couples, families (we’re two friends both aged 28) and I would recommend this as a lovely place to stay in Como Lago!

Nothing, it was all perfect, wish we had longer!

The location is perfect, right in front of the lake and a few meters away from the funicular cable going up to Brunate and from the train station. The host was so kind, super attentive to all details, and always instantly available on the phone. The room was beautifully set up: a vast and super comfy bed, a massive beautiful bathroom with gorgeous classic details, and with plenty of towels and toiletries. The room was large and had plenty of tea and coffee with a kettle (he even left some sweet and salty nibbles for us!). Stefano was truly wonderful and we felt looked after and relaxed. I loved it and will definitely go back :) Grazie mille, please don't change anything!

Nothing, it was perfect

First of all I would like to mention Stefano - very kind and pleasant manager. He provided rooms with everything you need and created enjoyable atmosphere. In spite we didn’t have breakfast, there were free tea, coffee, juices, water, snacks and other conveniences in the room. Also the location of the apartments is perfect - 20 mins from railway station on foot, 5 mins from water boat station. In general our staying here was awesome! Highly recommend! Grazie mille :)

Everything was great, no any negative comments

This was a short but absolutely lovely stay. Stefano could not have been more welcoming and showed us around the apartment with a smile. The bottle of bubbly in the fridge was a lovely touch, and the apartment was a lovely surprise, with a spacious bathroom, gorgeous bedroom (very tastefully decorated) and plenty of space. Cannot recommend more highly, the warm welcome coupled with the fabulous location and comfortable surroundings made for a wonderful stay. Thank you so much to Stefano and Inma!

nothing, it was perfect.

The owner Steffano was very nice and friendly. The room was very big. The furniture and the room decor was fabulous and the bed was very comfortable. I only stayed there one night but wish I had booked it for my entire stay. It’s about 20 minutes walk from Como San Giovanni station bud a mere 5 min walk from Como Lago Nord station. The ferry port is 5 mins walk and it centrally located in Como.

Like it all. The only thing I could think of is that I wish it had breakfast served in the B&B facility.

The room was in an excellent location very close to the lake and restaurants. it had an Excellent layout. very Stylish and pleasing design. Everything you needed and more was there. The host was very helpful and organised a parking spot close by which made our stay more relaxed. The breakfast was very good and convenient provided by the local café just next to the apartment block.
