Hotel Tre Re

I booked myself a single room. The room itself was small but equipped with everything I needed for a weekend away in Como. A built-in hair dryer came in handy. Super clean, both the room, showers etc. Great location and within walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars, and the lake.

The only downside is that the walls are paper thin; I heard my neighbour snore and other guests in the hallway returning at night. But that's about it.

We loved this old traditional hotel! The location is fantastic in the heart of the town. The room was comfortable and clean, yes dated but it’s Italy and it gave you the feel of being in Italy! Far too many places are getting the modern cold look now. For location alone it’s 10/10.

The only thing is parking, there are only a few spaces at the hotel but they give you a ticket and directions to the underground safe and secure public car park 2 blocks away which if you have lots of luggage isn’t ideal. It’s a faff tbh because we arrived hoping to park up and check in and after a very long 5 hour drive from the south of France which was tiring we then had to move the car and leave the luggage in the reception. Also on departure we had to collect the car then find our way back to pick up the luggage so this is why I gave it a 9.

the staff was very professional, cordious and helpful. I first booked the hotel for a week before. I could not get there with GPS’ direction. the staff and hotel manager patiently talk to me, found out where I was, and give me ride to the property. they provided me very detailed directions for the next few days of my stay. so, I did not have any problem traveling back and forth from the hotel to the city center. the hotel room was very clean with friendly design and storage cabinets. The bathroom is very nice and friendly also. so, U decided to come back here again this week.

I like the staff here, the cleanness, the newer looking, and the very affordable price. with the metro services, it is easy to get the city center.

Just perfect!!! Location is in the perfect place, city center- 5 min to Como lake, around restaurants, and train station. Everything looks like in the pictures. The accommodation was clean, towels were provided, ac is working. Fresh breakfast served - 13 eur per person. After checking out there is a possibility to leave Lagguages and enjoy the city. Super polite and helpful staff explain every detail about visiting places, transport, etc. Enjoy every minute of staying. Thank you so much! Sending greetings- 306 room. 🤗💖

Great location, easy walk to major areas in Como. Hotel was rambling, but clean and quiet. Restaurant was great for the one dinner we ate there. Staff was very friendly and supportive, helping us understand how best to use the ferry system. Yes the bath towels we slim compared to "fluffy" towels many of us are used to, but they were surprisingly absorbent so no complaints there. Overall, It was a great choice for our three nights in Como.

The accommodation is good considering its price. Basically, you get what you pay. I totally recommend this hotel if you are looking for a well-placed hotel in Como, for one night or two. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel after the check-out and the staff was very friendly with us. The hotel also has a parking place where you can leave your car. The breakfast was good and the price quality ratio was excellent.

Perfect location. Very clean and cozy rooms. I particularly enjoyed the retro vibes of the hotel. There is also a parking, but at extra charge €15 per day. If you plan to use it, make sure that you inform the hotel in advance as the slots are limited.

Our room had two single beds that were put together instead of a large doublebed. The two beds were slipping away while we were sleeping, which wasn't very comfortable.

Very central location, but it was difficult to reach with car. Something to be mindful of. Friendly staff, breakfast at the property was quite alright. Only one elevator - stairs were for emergency only with an alarm attached. Decent airconditioning.

We had loud neighbors till midnight, so rooms are only partially noise insulated. It would be nice to have the stairs as alternative to the elevator.

The hotel is superb and very original, with many features of the lifestyle in1950s Como. We loved the parquet floor in our bedroom, and the original fittings. A stylish and simple place to stay in an excellent location. Staff are all lovely and speak English well. Although Tre Re is not a luxury hotel, it is one of the nicest places I have every stayed in Europe. Also by far the cleanest. Don't change anything please!

No Italian hotels provide a kettle and cups - perhaps Tre Re could start a tradition?

Location is Perfecto! Hotel is at the heart of Como. We didnt use but it has its own car park inside. Stuff was lovely and very helpful. Furniture is a bit old but in a good condition Bad was comfortable Cost Benefit balance is good Breakfast was very good and stuff helped us despite we are late for it.

No mini bar at rooms. Shower head was not working properly but stuff solved it.
