Tower Genova Airport - Hotel & Conference Center

Room was clean and comfortable, a pity that there was no kettle or coffee making facility.

Breakfast was very average. Coffee machine ineffective, no orange juice! Egg, bacon not kept replenished. Only one lift working, guests resorted to fire escape stairs. Everything just felt tired, overused and in need of a revamp.

This is a great airport hotel--the closest, I believe, to the Genoa airport. You can walk easily from the hotel to the airport with your bags in about 3 minutes. The rooms are large, well-appointed, and very quiet. The hotel restaurant is very good too. If you want to relax and minimize anxiety and hassles prior to your flight from Genoa, this hotel is an excellent choice.

Perfect location for a late arrival at Genoa airport. Short walk to the hotel from the terminal. Comfortable room, very good night's sleep. The receptionist Illaria, when I thought I might have left my sunglasses in the room (found them later) was very helpful and later sent me an email to advise me they hadn't been found by the cleaning staff.

I didn't like the noise for the whole 4 days we spent at the hotel at 1.30am. Always at the same time. For a whole hour you can hear the noise of somebody either running or the staff working on the upper floor. The ensuite bath is a little bit high to get into.

I like it that was very close to the airport

I didn't like how impossible was to go from the train station to the hotel. Very difficult and confusing to find the right way. Also didn't like that I was required to pay city taxes upon arrival ( so I pay) and the following morning I was ask to pay again for the city taxes.

Extremely close to Genova airport. I walked through parking lot. Well lit. I arrived around midnight and left early on shuttle from airport to train to get to Cinque terre.

Rather tired looking. Restaurant very short staffed though the poor waiter did his best

The friendly staff and location were fantastic and surprisingly at a very reasonable price

There are some signs of wear and tear from any building of this age. I feel perhaps some basic renovation should be considered to brighten up the hotel. There were some damages in the room which, although don’t impact the sleep etc, they should be repaired and not simply left unattended.

Room was large, clean, and inexpensive with a great location for accessing the airport.

Confortable, nice shape of the room

We were obliged by booking to pay for two rooms, but seeped all 5 in one (our 5th family member is just four and a room for 4 was enough). Given the cost, of almost 300 euros, it would have been way more convenient for us to sleep in one perfect room, instead of being obliged to buy 2
