Hotel Venezia

Very modern rooms and a pleasant environment. Receptionist very friendly and knowledgeable and advised in all directions. The breakfasts were absolutely exceptional and I definitely have to describe how excited I was about the gentleman who took care of the breakfasts. Amazing attention, everything was replenished immediately. Coffee has an extra star. The hotel is located in the historic center of the city and, despite the fact that there is no parking, it is definitely worth a visit.

Very centrally located, friendly staff and the breakfast was really great. There was a very nice selection that include meats, cheeses, breads, fruits, brioches cereals and more, great cappuccino too and included in the price.

Some areas in room could use a fresh coat of paint no microwave or fridge.

Had the balcony room which is really worth it. Same cost as other high end rooms there, but is on second floor only (mo lifts in the old building which has the better rooms). Amazing location, “best in Trento” for me. Also the staff were simply amazing, never felt as well after as they were.

Parking not ideal, but they’ve worked out a workable solution. Non lifts, so ask for balcony room or one for eg lower ones facing the square.

They deal with 2 car parks , unfortunately I parked my car in another car park because the names look alike to me , anyway at the reception I show them the carpark ticket they stamp it and took 6 euros, when I went to take my car I found out its not the same car park they deal with , so I paid 30 euros, the reception should tell me its not the Wright car park.

We come to Italy very often. And every time we passed Trento without stopping there. This time we changed our mind and it was fantastic idea. I supposed Trento would be nice, but it is incredibly beautiful and absolutely worth seeing. BUT: the weather was italian - extremely hot (around 30 degrees C at 6 PM) but the opening times are central european. The moment you want to go to the museum or shops, they are closing... The hotel is perfect, perfect place, very friendly stuff and delicious breakfast served outside with cathedral view.

I liked the breakfast. The homemade cakes were really good. We booked two rooms, one of the two was recently renovated and it was really stylish.

The beds in the other room we booked were really uncomfortable.

The location could not be any better, just near the Duomo. Our room looked very modern despite being in the old beautiful building. It was very airy and cheerful. The breakfast was delicious and served with a wonderful friendly smile.

We liked everything!

Location is fantastic, beds are very comfortable, good air conditioning, breakfast is excellent, staff is very kind, we'll definitely come again.

No lift.

LOVED the suite especially because of the AMAZING view on the main piazza, but also the bathtub and the AC.

I didn't mind, but some people might have a hard time sleeping with the noise from the piazza unless all is closed.

The best place in Trento at the nicest piazza in Europe. Nice personal, newly reconstructed bathroom, clean and comfortable room, cheap parking possibility in nearby parceggio. I will choose it next time!
