NH Trento

-not bad location , walking distance to the old center ( but fare to say , city os pretty small as well) -nice lobby and bar -good brekfast , options for gluten free and vegan is a plus, both hot and cold dishes offered -big park next to the hotel (we were with dog so we liked it )

-room was not cleaned properly, dust everywhere , dirty mugs with fingerprints, stains and rust in the toilet. Under the bed was never cleaned i guess (our small dog sneaked under the bed and went out all covered with dust and spider net) -not comfortable bed, too soft , you move slightly and all bed starts moving, + older matrass and you can feel metallic spiralling inside because it poking you in the ribs all the time

The property was very contemporary and modern with all the newest technologies. This property was very close to the walking/running/cycling trails that go along the river. There are tons of local restaurants and coffee shops nearby the hotel, all within 100 meters. The hotel itself has a fabulous breakfast bar that’s free of charge for those staying there. Their restaurant was amazing! The hotel staff members were great and spoke excellent English. I would definitely recommend this place!

Everything as usual was just great at HN Trento. The front desk and restaurant staff are always so gracious, welcoming, helpful and friendly. This time we were checked in by Katia and checked out by Italia. Both wonderful young ladies who always pass on smiles. Carlo in the restaurant was as usual very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean with fabulous views. We absolutely love staying at HN Trento and we highly recommend it.

We like everything at NH Trento

The hotel was modern, staff friendly and breakfast good. There is underground garage If you come by car. They take only 7€/night from parking place. Room was a bit small but otherwise nice. I also liked location near the old town. The hotel has a lift with a view.

When we were in Trento, was really hot day, 35 degrees and it felt that room's air conditioning didn't quite handled it. The signs to the garage could be better.

As usual, everything was just great at NH Trento. The room was spotlessly clean of course and with a huge comfortable bed. The food in the on-site restaurant at NH Trento is always good but it seemed to be exceptional this time. We had a delicious dinner and our waiter Yuri was an absolute pleasure to meet and deal with. In the morning, at breakfast, Debora, as usual, was so pleasant, welcoming and accommodating. I also feel compelled to mention the names of both Samuele when checking in at the front desk, and Simone when checking out. They both, (like Debora and Yuri) have that wonderful blend of professionalism and personal warmth in their personalities. We have always been impressed with the staff at all of the NH hotel's we have stayed at, but NH Trento staff deserve a "special mention." To me, they are a reflection of good management at that hotel. They always make you feel so welcome and are always willing to go out of their way to help you with any request. And on this particular trip, Simone, Samuele, Yuri and Debora definitely made us feel like family. Top marks to all four of them. We're looking forward to returning to NH Trento in a few weeks. :-))

We like everything at NH Trento

A very modern, new hotel in a good location (it's a ca. 15min walk to the city centre along the river). The staff was always super-friendly and helpful (e.g. when booking restaurants for the evening or helping with other questions - our favourite Trento restaurants would be 'Il Libertino', 'Trattoria Piedicastello' and 'Il Capello'). The breakfast was well organised (you order everything from a buffet to keep to covid-rules) and everything you wanted was there (eggs, bread, fruit, cakes, croissants, cereals, meats, cheese, yoghurt,....). Our room was not the biggest but fully functional - comfortable beds, nice bathroom, quiet and clean. We can certainly recommend NH Trento and hope to visit again when next in the area!

Facilities and friendliness of staff excellent. I had a very good stay in this newly developed hotel.

Maybe anticipate the restaurant opening times to 19.00 hours as I could often see people waiting outside for 19.30 people who are there for business love to have an early dinner and then carry on working if they need to do so.

We made a last minute decision to stop for a night in Trento and found the NH to be clean, comfortable and accommodating. The parking garage fit our car with the roof box which is always a challenge. Someone from the hotel called us ahead of time noticing the request for two rooms, offering us connecting rooms which was nice.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and it's still as good as 3 years prior. Staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is excellent and rooms are great. Oversized beds that are very comfortable round out the experience. Aldo parking underneath makes it the complete package.

Wonderful design hotel, decorated with excellent minimal taste in a new area of the city (the city center is just a 15 minute walk far away). The staff is extremely professional. Rooms are spacious and really confortable, with a beautiful lightning. Breakfast is super-varied and good. We highly recommend NH Trento!
