Sure was a wonderful experience to stroll the grounds and absorb the artifacts! Nice touch by the Chef to welcome us for Dinner speaking English:) Breakfast was delicious as well!

First you need to find the actual entrance Gate! Hard to see the signs! Then ring the bell, and voila there is The path of steep uphill cobblestone to the parking area ! Check in lady was stressed despite we arrived at check in time!

This is a wonderful quirky place to stay, no photo can give it justice. Must be hundreds of years old. Really worth staying the villa is amazing and the views stunning. But this is an old quirky building you have to appreciate its individuality. Dinner was fantastic too. They were very happy with our dog being with us.

The property is a magical place with beautiful, rustic, old world charm. We had read other reviews but were not expecting the spectacular views, expansivenwss of the property, abundance of gorgeous flowers, countless hidden historical treasures, and special ambiance. The staff is warm and welcoming with casual confidence. Dinner was delicious. And, the price was more than reasonable.

There are some areas that are in disrepair and unused rooms that are messy but, to be honest, it kind of added to the charm.

A beautiful building with stunning surroundings. the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The food was excellent, I was very surprised at the quality of the steaks for the price. The staff member Ali was charming and very helpful. We felt well looked after through our short stay. We will definitely be back in the future!

It could use some modernisation in the room and bathroom, however it is fitting very fitting for the period of the property and did not detract from our stay!

A unique accommodation with historic wings. Feels like you living at someones house. Nice staff but they are not there all the time so dont expect 24/7 service. Once they are there they give a very good service. Evening meal was of high quality, breakfast a little lower quality. Outdoors the environment i magical.

The pillows could have been better. Cushions on the outdoor furniture would have been nice

We love the location and the villa. Stayed here 13 years ago and wanted to see if it was still the same charming place. The atmosphere is unbeatable. The view from our balcony was wonderful and the room was furnished with antique and old pieces. All rooms are unique. Dinner and breakfast were both fine. Nothing to the extraordinary but plain good. We enjoyed conversation with our waiter Ali. We’ll definitely be back!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. And the restaurant (dinner starting at 7:00) was very good; the breakfast (from 8:00) was good, too. Finally, the setting, amidst vineyards pretty high up the foothills, is very pretty and quiet.

I can't think of anything. 😕 But of course you'll need a car to get there, unless you don't mind walking (or biking?!) quite a ways uphill.

We have been here before and we will certainly come again. This is a place you go to if you like serenity, nature and good rural home cocking. They have excellent wines and also their own grappa brand of different grapes to choose among. This time we stayed for an extra night to see Trento. It showed up to be a nice city, worthy a visit.

Well after midnight and after an hour of something sounding like a poltergeist summit I had to go upstairs to tell three teenagers to calm down. Their parents (in a nearby room) didn't seem to care and certainly they hadn't understod the boys need for getting rid of accumulated energy after a day in the car. This is of course out of control for the hotel keepers (no blame on them), rather it is an appeal to all parents (although tired) to take into account their children's and other guest's needs.

The villa is very old (15th century onwards) and beautifully romantic. The whole place has a lovely shabby chic vibe. The rooms are carefully furnished and the renovations and restorations have been lovingly done. The location, in extensive vineyards, is stunning!

The bathroom was fairly basic and not tiled in keeping with the rest of the decor (bright red 90s tiles!).
