Altamont Court Hotel

The staff I encountered were very friendly with superb customer service skills, they ensured that I was well taken care of and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely go back. The facility is centrally located, close to parks, shopping/banking centres and grocery stores. The food was good and the facility very clean. The place is well secured with security guard at the gate who lets you in, coupled with a swiping key card to access the suites; which means only persons that are supposed to be there are given access. The facility has spacious parking. I enjoyed support this local establishment. Thank you Altamont Court Hotel for an enjoyable stay.

I liked everything.

Breakfast was good

The only issue l had was l got sick while there because l was being served tap water and l was very sick from that for a week and the staff need to let over sea visitors know what kind of water we are getting to drink.

The staff is above what anyone can expect. Extremely friendly and accomodating. They even made sure I had vegan breafkast options, which I appreciated so much.

It gets a little wet in the common areas when it rains, but that's really not a big issue at all.

Front desk staff very friendly and attentive. Restaurant staff were very nice. Food choices excellent, great flavour. Gren space amazing. It's mango time and they have a mango tree thats bearing ripe fruits now. Quiet n calming environment. Accommodates early check in when possible.

I would have liked more of a buffet breakfast as the choices were limited. It felt as if I was being served a dinner at breakfast with some of the food choices. Otherwise, the food was good and the service excellent.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Off the main road so quite, a/c was amazing! The bathroom is huge and great lighting. The staff were all so welcoming & nice.

We didn't really experience anything we didn't like.

Liked that it's a safe, clean, calm hotel. Front desk people are very nice & friendly. The security guard is very professional & helpful. liked its location in Kingston, easy to get a taxi and we enjoyed our stay there.

Didn't like their restaurant hours. When we went out one day we planned to come back and eat dinner in the hotel restaurant, it was early evening near their closing time and they did NOT accommodate us.

The bar could stay open longer The room could be cleaner. Also, facilities in rooms needs up dating Need coffee and milk in the room, not everyone drinks tea.

Overall good! But the staff at breakfast was blah to me. No offer of water, they were mostly serious, just off during breakfast service. Front desk staff were nice and helpful.
