The Jamaica Pegasus Hotel

The location is perfect, loved the ambience the facility was clean and comfortable .

The breakfast options and taste need to be addressed with some urgency. The food is far too bland and lacks the usual Jamaican flavour and taste that we known the world over for. This has been my experience over the last several months which has caused me to use other hotels in the area. I'm usually in Kingston for between 1 - 2 days each month and need to have a good breakfast to start my day. I love the Jamaica Pegasus hotel. I have been staying with you for over 12 years. Please have someone take a serious look at how and who is preparing the breakfast. Thank you.

Hotel was clean overall, however, the telephones are outdated and i mean from the 1950’s outdated. Front lobby staff are very professional. Restaurant staff was very pleasant. The only concern I had was the mask mandate for breakfast. If people are to wear masks, which is no problem at all, then have masks provided for guests. Please dont tell me to go upstairs and buy a mask after I made reservations to stay at your hotel. Beautiful landscape behind the pool. Overall stay was pleasant.

My inly concern was the mask mandate for breakfast but wasnt needed for dinner.

The fact that you have to use the room key in the elevator to get to your room that was a great idea that make you feel safer That little area that cover over the pool section the balcony that was also great. It’s a nice quiet place. And the lobby was very clean and look very beautiful with all my traveling overseas and also in America. That’s a very updated Lobby.

Some furniture are a little outdated specially on the first floor to where that restaurant is The driveway outside towards the hotel could be a little bit more updated

☆Staff was very responsive. ☆Hotel food was DELICIOUS. ☆Overall, room was refreshingly clean. ☆Daily housekeeping was much appreciated, including towel changes. ☆Appreciated having small refrigerator and coffe/tea making small appliances in room.

☆Please consider deep spot cleaning to remove obvious carpet stains in bedroom. ☆A small microwave in room would have been welcome. ☆65 minutes before lunch service ended, it took 3 tries through room service and one try through front desk with NO response from room service. Then called the restaurant directly and received a timely response/delivery of meal.

We loved that there was an authentic Jamaican breakfast! The bartenders/staff were great and the view was amazing! We couldn't figure out where the amazing smells were coming from, while sitting on the balcony at night, but it seemed as if the entire city was smoking of jerk chicken! Yummy!!!

We know it's island time, but our food at the pool bar took more than an hour. On one occasion, it took that long and the food was prepared incorrectly. I'm not quite sure why the lobby bar was rarely open, but I hope that changes by the time we take our next trip.

The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. The workers were great, especially Lisette. She made us feel like family. I appreciate your kindness. I had lunch on Friday; once again, it was top-notch You have an excellent staff in the dining area...

The room was very cold and therefore, the first night I did not sleep well. I asked for a blanket the following night and that made it much better the second night. I had a great time at the Pegasus. The employees were kind and courteous.

The location is perfect; the food was okay could have more diversity. Its great to have Jamaican food but somethings like natural sugar free Yogurt would be great to, provide for guests with good cereals. Avocados( which are in abundance in JA) could also be added, they are healthy. I found the food at the Pegasus the weakest link, and the lots could be done to improve this. The management is great and the excellent housekeeping deserves special mention and the very friendly and helpful staff!

Said it above the downstairs restaurant food could be up graded!

We were upgraded to another room during check in. Staff members were extremely friendly breakfast was good just needed a bit more variety

The toiletries were very limited. 2 of us booking in but only 1 towel. The doors to the iron and kitchenette need to be serviced. The ice machine on the 16th floor didn't work and was running water for several days, despite informing front desk.

The breakfast was good except you could watch the salt content.I liked the variety in the breakfast. I think it was a bit limiting. Bananas were out soon for three mornings.

I didn’t like the no entertainment. You could also consider a brunch along with the comlimentary breakfast. Kindly inform your guests of the activities on the grounds. We did not get to any activities.

All the staffs I encounter were awesome and accommodating (from the reception, restaurants and from the housekeeping)! Well trained, well educated and well mannered personnels. Thanks also for upgrading me for free to a Royal Club. Foods are good too!

Nothing... maybe if there's imperfection, it is toppled by the good attitude of the staffs!
