The Cliff Hotel

Everything! The location was so picturesque and tranquil - exactly like the pictures. It was simply the perfect stay and we were also lucky to spend time there when it wasn’t at all busy which made it feel like we basically had the place to ourselves. Working out in the gym and then going for a morning dive off the cliffs into the ocean was just glorious. Our kids loved everything about it too. Extra special thanks to Sophia looking after us in the restaurant, super service and magical food on the most beautiful sunset terrace. We’ll definitely be returning and already looking forward to it.

Honestly, it just felt perfect - no complaints at all.

Words would not do justice to my experience at this hotel. We celebrated our 20th anniversary which will be unforgettable. Excellent cuisine that I would rate a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. Staff professional, helpful and courteous. Our experience was exceptional as I have been sharing with friends and family.

My short stay. I wouldn’t say that I did not like it but I would have preferred, would have loved a deeper salt water pool.

THE CLIFF HOTEL & SPA MET EVERY NEED I HAD!!!!!!! My mind, body & soul couldn't take another day of uncertainty/pain in the US/the WORLD or any more heart wrenching news! ( I flew to Jamaica the day the George Floyd verdict was announced!) I was in much need of nature's beauty, some peace & tranquility, along with the healing power of water! The Cliff met these needs & more. I LOVED the food & pretty much every dish I ordered! The entire crew of Zest are wonderful! And I must shout out to the best mixologists: O & A! The property is absolutely beautiful, sexy & dreamy! The room was great, spacious & comfortable. The location feels remote & that's what I was looking for. The sunrise & sunset views leave you speechless!!! I don't want to leave anyone out so I won't try to type all the names of the wonderful staff that run this fabulous place but I HAVE to say a special thank you to Oleatra, & Taji, you are one of the most incredible hotel managers I've ever met! THANK YOU for not only your professionalism & true hospitality but for sharing your character/humanity with us too! I had such a great time! I even left feeling I had made some new friends I might see again someday!!! Hadn't counted on that at all!!😊 The entire place just makes you feel welcomed back & like your home. I'll DEFINITELY be returning!💜😊

The Cliff hotel was amazing, my partner and I can't stop talking about how wonderful the place is, even my 3 year old had an amazing time. The scenery was lovely, the decor all over the hotel and the room were beautiful. The room we stayed in was big and beautiful, wouldn't change anything. It was just simply home away from home. All the staff we came in contact with were friendly even the ones that was just passing by. They are very helpful as well. I remember the night when we arrived we decided to go to the pool and was bringing our room towels and a staff member told us that there should be towels by the pool and she went out of her way to ensure that they were still towels there and found us and gave them to us. After checking out we decided to stay awhile to enjoy the pool and a gentleman, not sure if he was the manager or supervisor gave us a room to put down our stuff and to even shower after. That showed us how much they look out for their guests. Simone who did my mani and pedi did an excellent job as well, I loved the service she provided. The rooms were clean, bathroom were updated and looking amazing, bed was so comfy you will just fall asleep in no time. Everything was functional. The food we ordered for breakfast and dinner for the 3 of us was 10/10. The presentation was wonderful, they all tasted great, the portion was great as well. The Cliff hotel is where you would go to relax, chill and entertain yourself with all the activities you can do on property like the pool, dart, connect 4, pool volleyball and other games provided. It's just peaceful. It's not a big hotel with lots of stuff going on but you can make the best of it with your traveling partners.

There is nothing I would say I didn't like, because even though you have to pay for your meals, you have the option to eat outside of the hotel. But you have to atleast try one meal from the hotel to experience their food. You will surely get a belly full.

The Cliff hotel is a stunning property on Negril’s famous cliffs and a huge resort style pool including swim up bar. The property is beautifully landscaped and maintained, pool was clean and big. The zest restaurant was exceptional, best dining experience we had. Breakfast on the cliffs was a treat we looked forward to everyday. We had reservations at several other high end hotel restaurants In the area, from what we saw of these accommodations The Cliff Hotel was the BEST. Staff greeted you with smiles and tended to our needs with enthusiasm, our comfort was their number one priority. The front desk staff arranged all of our transportation and outings, everything went on seamlessly which took a lot off of our plate as far as planning and left us more time to ENJOY! The rooms are big with great amenities. We had our 5 month old in tow and felt VERY comfortable. Great views/ patios from every room They also took care of our return COVID testing requirements, a huge relief for us. A private nurse came onsite to take care of us. WOW

The location was quiet side of Negril; but still many note worthy Cafe's and restaurants and lounges for drinking and dancing with the locals. I will recommend the Spa therapy. Massage and salon service was excellent. Every staff member was friendly, helpful and courteous. I will also recommend that visitors eat at the restaurant. Food served is delicious and masterfully displayed on white plates.

Would had liked to have excess to a computer and printer. Would had liked to have been told in advance that front office could help with unwanted mosquitos slipping into the room. The Cliff staff can help with this matter; we just asked too late in our stay.

Very relaxing, no pressure sales, clean spacious rooms, staff friendly...

I purchased the 3 meal plan and I learned I wouldn't do that next time... I would just have them bill my room and pay at the end, would have been less expensive...

The food was excellent; for breakfast, lunch and dinner; it was great to meet the chef which is something my partner and I expect when in such an environment

The grounds of the resort and our suite were so lovely. The outdoor area with sun loungers by the cliffs is stunning. Overall very nice resort.

The Zest restaurant had very average food at dinner with limited menu and extremely overpriced. They also struggled to cater for my dairy free request. Breakfast was nice but again very over priced. Drinks are also too expensive compared to other resorts in Jamaica.

Love this place so much! When I learned breakfast was included in our stay, I thought it would be the typical continental breakfast, but nope the breakfast was INCREDIBLE (highly recommend the omelet, salt fish and ackee, and plantains) . We were so impressed by the breakfast that we ended up eating lunch and dinner at the hotel multiple times. The drinks are also top-notch -- the bartenders really care about the little details. And to top it off, the staff is so nice and helpful -- they helped us plan the majority of our stay. I highly recommend booking a spa here (request Carolyn) -- the spa area overlooks the ocean. So calming and relaxing. We will definitely be coming here again!
