Royal Tulip Achrafieh

Staff were excellent, they helped on a number of things I needed including facilitating dollar conversion (thank you, Sara), and making an important international call (thank you, Joelle), although the international rate was expensive at $2.2/minute. Location is superb, plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. Room was clean, looked like it had been refurbished recently, and the WiFi in the room was great. I didn’t avail of the breakfast but it looked to be of a high standard, and good value.

The pool was so small.

The staff was exceptional, big thanks to Sara and Rafi. Courteous, professional and definitely made the stay much more pleasant. Sara is the only reason I'm giving a 10/10.

The breakfast was lacking, limited selection. Then venue is overpriced in comparison to similar venues. My main complaint is the shisha was absolutely horrible.

I was very impressed with the hotel and staff. Sara, Oussama and Samer were very helpful and friendly. You definitely feel welcome and everyone is willing to help and make sure we have what we need. Let's not forget about room service and the food was outstanding. Thanks again guys and will definitely stay at Royal tulip next time I'm in town. Thank you and I'm proud that we have 5 star hotels like Royal tulip in Lebanon.

The property has a very nice external design, is new and well-located in Achrafieh.

The internal design of the room is odd and not very convenient. The swimming pool was closed (and there was no information about that in Booking.com).

We were a family of 10 who visited Lebanon from South Africa for the first time, the staff were wonderful and attentive, they went above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The hotel and rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast was excellent, everything was freshly prepared.

hotel has prime location close to the city center and everything, Staff we’re very nice especially Ms. Nay she was very helpful, decent and very cheerful ❤️ She also upgraded our king delux room to Executive Room as we are honeymooners. Samer was really a great person with high hospitality that brings joy to everyone. He’s the most welcoming staff I loved to see every day. highly recommended to visit
