Amberton Cozy Hotel Kaunas

Very spacious room, amazing big windows and high ceiling! the self-checking was very easy and all information was given one day before arrival. It was great having a good air conditioning and refrigerator (although it was full with drinks and stacks, you didn’t have a space for your owns). The room was quite at nights so we slept very well. The location was perfect, the bars and restaurants were just around the corner.

We arrived with a car, and we couldn’t reserve a parking spot in advance and once we arrived there were no place for the car - it was stressful to find one in the streets. Calling the hotel staff for help was useless as they didn’t answer my calls (it was 8pm on a weekday).

1. Staff was very helpful and cleared all misunderstandings immediately. Excellent communication. 2. Beautiful interior, clean rooms, fresh air. 3. Very easy check in and check out. Don't need to wait in line, invoices sent to email. Very efficient. 4. It was very quiet in the rooms, no noise from neighbors or from street.

1. Breakfast choices were limited. Suggestion to improve menu with more hot dishes and more fresh vegetables and fruits. 2. Parking lot could have been bigger. Although the parking cost on the street is not high, still it would be more convenient to park in the parking.

It was my second and not the last stay for sure. I had troubles with another hotel and asked for earlier check-in. It was 11 o'clock and official check in time is from 15. Guess what, staff was so helpful that they contacted maids and asked to prepare my room earlier. It was exceptional! I feel so grateful. They have highest class customer service. Room was nice, smelled very pleasant, bed was comfortable, air conditioning was working well. I couldn't ask anything more. Price is great, same as location. I want to thank Comfort Cozy hotel staff for help and such a good work they're doing.

Everything was OK!

Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. It was thoughtful of the staff to put us on the ground floor, because we had a baby travelling with us, which means extra luggage and a buggy. Room was warm and ready for our arrival late at night. Cot for the baby was prepared with nice bedding in a convenient space. Everything so thoughtful. The location of hotel is the best in the city - just couple of steps from the City hall and main square.

No staff absence in the hotel. It creates an issue if you want to leave your luggage safe when checking out and going for late breakfast in town or arriving too early. If checking out few minutes late you would be automatically charged for the second night, which is a bit extreme.

I loved the fact it was a self check-in/check-out. The service team is wonderful and super responsive, the line works 24/7 and they fix and provide answers to any questions you might have, so you don't really need a registration onsite.

The automated communication could have been better. I was receiving a bunch of emails asking me to make the payment for the hotel, even though the payment has been done already. And then I really was confused by the fact the hotel wants me to verify my credit card and doesn't provide me the check-in details unless I do so: I have covered the invoice for the stay over night, and wasn't intending to disclose the details of my credit card (was glad to hear in the end this wasn't an issue and the support team fixed it fairly fast)

The location was good, the room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was quite good, different options to chose from.

No staff in person, everything was digitalized. Checking in was difficult. I have already paid for the room, but could not check in because they needed an extra conformation of my credit card (although I paid with the same credit card). There was no staff present to give my credit card details. I needed to open my e-mail to confirm online I tried to by clicking on the provided link (not very comfortable if you don't have local internet provider, for example). Moreover, activating the link it did not work for some time, the card was declined. It was a bug in the system. I called the remote service and they helped me in the end, but it was stressful and tiring after a long trip.

The room was perfect! It was clean and big. The AC work real good. The location is in the center of the old city so you can go everywhere by foot. Really liked the NO REGISTRATION option. Got a room with automatic payment from the card. Got a message with outside door code and roomdoor code. The breakfast was OK.

There is no minibar price list! The parking is way to small for the hotel. Had to park on the street but thank god the prices are not to bad 1.2euro per hour

Hotel is perfectly situated and is a walking distance from everywhere I needed to go. Room was beautiful and very spacious. Housekeeping staff could not be nicer, very attentive, and made me feel very welcome. People behind whatsapp are very pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast was not what you would expect. Choices are very limited, we only had breakfast once and chose to go out for breakfast during the rest of our stay.

Dog friendly hotel, nice location in the middle of old town. Need to remember, there is no lift (3-4 floors), but that was well informed in advance. All services are close and easy to reach. Breakfast was buffet, but quite simple (we were waiting bit more local style). Room was spacious and clean, as well as quiet (it was school ending weekend - still not noisy). Good for short stay.

Carpet flooring - when travelling with a dog (not a problem to us, but for the cleaners). Self check-in/out, reception was on call - but they did not answer our messages. Breakfast was bit plane and staff (young couple) was hugging and kissing each other all the time - happy that they are in love, but should save this for day off . Hotel charged minibar incorrectly, but refunded after reclamation.

The room was clean(carpet, curtains, windows, mirrors and etc) we even had a bath in a bathroom (not a shower). Moreover the bed is exceptional, we slept amazing. In our room was good sound isolation so you cant hear neighbours. Breakfast was nice, there was options like porrige, eggs, some kind of pancakes with curd and etc. Its nice then you have different hot meal options ( like 5-6)in the morning. And I want to thank one employee, probably administrator, with whom we talked on phone before our stay on 17th.
