The hotel is perfectly renovated, atmosphere is really fresh and modern.

The only thing we were disappointed is breakfast and staff during it. We got for breakfast at 8:30am, it’s pretty early for Saturday. At this time there weren’t most of meals and variety of it was really poor, people couldn’t find plates, forks, coffee cups. Moreover, we were surprised about staff - even if I’m lithuanian, but the most hotel visitors are foreigners and the main staff at breakfast don’t speak English at all. Lots of people got frustrated during breakfast because they couldn’t get any questions during their meal time.

Very close to the bus and train station, comfortable bed, nice building.

Breakfast. Some food was missing; few people grabbed food by hand. There was no logical flow for the buffet layout , people were moving in random directions; quality of ham and sausages were pretty poor. Lithuania is pretty good for quality meats so that's not a good reflection for travellers.

Deluxe room very spacious and clean

Breakfast had a nice selection and staff were attentive to checking on food but due to not many guests eating breakfast turnover of food was not often so good sat out for periods of time - milk in jugs at room temperature, could be kept cold ideally. Would be happier with smaller selection and food kept fresh. However freshly cooked waffles and curd pancakes from attentive chef are a nice treat.

Nice, boutique like style hotel in city centre of Kaunas. I really like lobby with bar, very nice and friendly staff, free secured parking. I was surprised by free welcome drink. They have really nice rooftop terrace where you can have a drink. Room was nice, clean, quiet. Breakfast was very good, wide range of choices, but could be a little bit crowded. Overall great value for money!

Room was just right for a 2 night stay. Breakfast was very nice, with a good variety to choose from. Ate in the roof top bar on the first night, very nice.

Watching one poor waitress, valiantly struggle to work the first and the ninth floors on her own, with a large party of 20 downstairs. Not efficient and very unfair on the lovely waitress.

Superb breakfast, as at all Ibis I have stayed. Location across road from bus station.

Door loud slamming from people coming into corridor. A long walk to old town and most restaurants but a pleasant one. No pedestrian crossing from the bus station !! (Not your problem! City council) Shower ran hot/ cold all the time

It seems to be a new or renovated hotel, the room is quite small, but has everything you need, and I loved their bed, very comfortable. The location is near railway station (this was important for us). The breakfast is really good, a lot of options.

They left us 1 towel per person (I prefer to have 2), but it´s not a big deal.

Everything was great. The room was clean, beautiful and very comfortable. We came almost at night and everything was prepared. Interesting room design. Breakfast was tasty. The hotel is close to the bus station, the railway station and the city center.

That was the first time I had a bathroom without a toilet brush. Very strange😆

It was a short stay, but very comfortable. I choose this hotel because the nearest of bus station. We come late but we receive some beer on the bar. The lobby and room were decorated with sports Artikels, the breakfast was good and we leave the hotel with pleasant feelings.

It was nothing we have seen

The receptionist was wonderful. I discovered that I had accidently reserved online for the night before I arrived. It was a no-show. She got on her phone and fixed it so that I was not charged for my own mistake. She certainly went beyond what was expected. It was a great stay at Ibis.
