Hotel is a door step of Laisves aleja, very central, shops, bars and restaurants just outside the door, Girls at reception was very nice and helpful Room was very spacious, modern and clean Breakfast was amazing, loved banana crepes

As it is a 4 star hotel we were expecting to have tea and coffee facilities in the room, no kettle or coffee machine at all There was only one small still water bottle for two guests submitted as a greeting no robes and only handwash and bodywash in a bathroom, would be expecting much more cosmetics for a 4 star hotel(shampoo, conditioner ect.) Giving only 8 as it is a 4 star hotel and we were expecting to have everything what 4 star hotel should offer, but all in all we were happy with our stay

The hotel was wonderful, it had everything I needed . The location was superb, close to the university, shopping, parks, and within a very nice walk to the old town. The hotel is located on a wonderful downtown street, which is both commercial and pedestrian - an ideal combination. The breakfast was excellent (a buffet with plenty of options, both hot and cold).

Good location, good breakfast (staff - young girls - were a bit too loud during the breakfast), nice room. Room had a bath tub (superior room). Hotel has a swimming pool, but we didn't use it.

Very small parking lot, we couldn't park our car. We had to leave our car ~400 meters away on the street and walk with our luggage while it was snowing quite heavily (at least parking is free during the weekends in Kaunas). Sound insulation is very poor - our neighbors were quite loud and we could hear everything. Luckily, we had sex till ~2 a.m. and our neighbors went to sleep earlier. Otherwise, it would’ve been impossible to fall asleep. Part of the hotel was being renovated. We had to pass some constructions. Also getting to our room from the reception was quite complicated.

Lovely rooms with a balcony looking onto the main street, which were clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful at reception and at the bar. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and tasty. Location couldn't have been better, in the middle of the main street, with easy access to Old Town, about a 20 minute walk away, walking at an average speed. There was also lots of museums and places of interest nearby. There were plenty of places to eat nearby, just be aware that a lot of them had reserved tables though most evenings.

Some of the staff didn't acknowledge you when walking by or at breakfast. They could be a bit friendlier

Staff was very accommodating and nice. Breakfast had a variety of options. Location was great and parking was easy. Room was very nice and comfortable, ours happened to have a great view as well. In conclusion, very enjoyable stay.

Our room was very warm upon arrival and it took a while to figure out the balance between heating/AC, but that's not a really big issue. Breakfast was served downstairs in a basement room. It was nicely decorated but lacked fresh air and was very humid resulting us to cut our breakfast a bit short. The two sitting areas were about half full so I expect with full capacity it would be quite like eating in a sauna.

Staff were great, accommodated us arriving 8 hours early for a small fee. Superb breakfast, great spacious room, truly first rate location for exploring shopping district and Kaunas old town.

My wife and I are smokers and upgraded to a room with terrace access, unfortunately we got the same room but without terrace access, apparently all booked but reality the terrace was locked off. The Hotel restaurant is closed Monday's with outside chairs stacked away, there was nowhere to sit and smoke within the Hotel. I thought expensive at time of booking but cancelled and re-booked 40% cheaper four days before arrival.

We booked a room with a terrace, room was huge, nicely decorated, good breakfast till 11 a.m. Very central location. The staff was very helpfull and provided all the extra service we needed.

Although we wanted and booked a room precisely with a terrace, it is actualy subject to availability, therefore the booking option is kind of misleading when the description of the room provides information that the room has a terrace. In a comment section I asked to make sure we would have one. Thankfully the staff was able to manage our preference would be fulfilled.

Our room was huge with an added bonus of a balcony. It was very clean & warm constantly. Staff were kind enough to let us use the freezer for ice-packs. Gym was good. Breakfast was nice enough (we missed having honey on offer though)

We didn’t eat in the restaurant, it didn’t appear welcoming. Bland in appearance and almost like eating in the foyer as guests had to walk through from main entrance. Looking in from the outside too…it’s not inviting 😕

We were pleasantly surprised with this property. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was great, lots of restaurants within walking distance. The old town is a 10 min walk, which was quite enjoyable. But what made our stay even better was the reception. Laura was so friendly and helpful; she provided great local advice and we feel our trip to Kaunas was made better thanks to her. There was another front desk staff on the evening, who was super helpful when we found ourselves in a room next to a party. She quickly resolved the issue and we were able to enjoy the rest of our night. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel.

Although our breakfast was included, we don’t typically eat at buffets, and therefore we didn’t eat there. However, we went to check it out and the basement area seemed crowded and dark. For us, this was not a problem as plenty of pretty bakeries around where you can grab something to eat.

Excellent location. In heart of city centre.

Rooms were not cleaned during my stay. No fresh towels provided. When queried with reception staff, was told to leave “clean room” door handle outside do they know. Stayed at many hotels but never encountered this. Rooms should be checked by staff daily whether with or without a note. Room had steps, after a long day walking at least 20k steps, steps in bedroom not ideal or mentioned when booking. When also questioned, staff told me because I booked it last minute and this is what my money gets me. It was offensive, didn’t like her reasoning but couldn’t be bothered to make a big fuss.
