Deluxe room has great decor. Very clean. Nice staff. Good location for old town & train station.

The room is cozy and cool. We requested for a room slippers and pillow and they attend to that. The check in counter was very helpful. Officer named Hakeem went to the extra mile to went out of the premise to show us area to park our car and place for breakfast. Good job, give him good bonus.

Limited parking space. For a tall hotel with many floors of rooms you only have like less than 20 parking space and that is also like a bunk bed parking on top of other car. When i get in the room, i smell ciggie althought the room is non smoking room.

The location was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were willing to cater for vegetarians. The manager at the coffee house was kind enough to even offer me vegan options but too bad I already took the set and had the breakfast.

Toiletries were quite basic with no shampoo or lotion. Would have been great to have them. Request for an extra pillow but was told that I need to pay for it. The pillow was a bit too soft for me. The breakfast came in sets. Instead it would have been better to give an option of food for mix and match. Especially for vegetarians and vegans..

The reception staff was really exceptionally helpful and polite even when I was checking in at 2am in the morning. The location of the hotel is great (less than 5km from famous eateries and old town area), room overall is clean, pressure and temperature of water in bathroom is great and easy to adjust and there is decent number of TV channels available. The security guard taking care of car park is very attentive.

The parking slot is creatively designed to fit more cars (multi levels in 1 space) but it may be better to alert guest of such system during booking so that they are more prepared for it. Also may be due to me checking-in in middle of the night, the parking lot gate is closed and guest have to park at roadside to check-in first then only guard will open the door. It may be better to inform guest to drop off passenger and luggage before they park the car as the arm of the car elevator limit guest's access to the trunk and backseat space.

The room was nice, comfortable and clean.

There was no fridge even when the room description says it provides one. Initially received a call from the reception when I entered the room, but I guess it was the trainee so he asked how was my stay and immediately put down the phone while citing some "script" about me having a good stay. I was really perplexed as I was about to asked him about the fridge. During checkout, checked with the counter but the staff was new and seemed unbothered to at least say sorry about not having the fridge. It wasn't a big deal but they could have at least said sorry. The hospitality. Bad.

If I get to visit Ipoh again, this will be the first hotel I will try to stay at. It's got helpful staff, clean rooms, good facilities, and is in a central location. Didn't use a car, so we walked around and sometimes had the hotel staff order local Grab cars for us. Ipoh is home to some incredibly friendly locals, including the hotel staff, who can recommend good places to visit. On exploring Ipoh - best to talk to the hotel staff and locals in the surrounding city to find all the actually good food and places to see in Ipoh. Ignore social media influencers and other online sources if you're looking to avoid sad and expensive tourist traps.

Can't fault this hotel, personally wish we had spent longer in Ipoh to see more of the city / stay longer in this hotel.

Very clean and comfortable. Lots of space. Complimentary welcome drink on the 12th floor on arrival. Very courteous staff. Excellent location - 2 minute walk to all attractions of the old town - lots of eateries and the Hukka tin mining museum (not to be missed) and Tea Museum - very good too. Hotel is Opposite Ipoh Padang and adjacent to the Kinta River for walks on walking path.

Pedestrian access to hotel could be improved - this is an issue in the whole of the Old Town.

The room was clean. It was very close to Padang Ipoh and the train station. We stayed over the weekend and there was no construction noise. I requested late checkout (so my baby could take his full nap) and they were able to accommodate; thank you!

They offer cribs but the mattress was stained. They did not offer sheets for the crib (even adult sized ones I could fold down) for my toddler. Their posting on booking dot com says they offer breakfast, but this might have been offered on a floor under construction.

The hotel was strategically located near the tourist attractions. We parked the car at the hotel and basically just walked around the town area. The room was clean and kept well. Bigger closet space compared to other hotel rooms of the same size. There is a hot & cold water dispenser on each floor. The staff & security were friendly and greeted us whenever we passed by. Overall, it was a good stay and will definitely come back to stay here.

Not socket outlet to charge hp at the bedside table. The only socket outlet was at the dressing table.

This is a terrifically located hotel right next to the lovely River with a park on the other side and very close to traditional old town Chinese eating the floor arrangement is very modern and somehow pleasing the rooms are tidy and modern. Always an enjoyable experience especially that location early morning walks and exercise along the river and the parkland are a great way to start the day. They security staff are polite and helpful especially in the underground car park. Midweek pricing was very good deal to.

The movie selection is great but some of the movies the audio was very poor quality. There is no downstairs cafe but there is a 7-Eleven and a short walk to the Chinese coffee shops and lots of eating and tourism.
