AC Hotel by Marriott Kuala Lumpur

Service by staff was very good. Check in was smooth. Ali was very helpful. Breakfast selection was good. Staff were very helpful and cheerful. W are vegetarians and Chef Fazal came personally to offer special meal for us, and also showed us veg options at the buffet spread. Overall excellent service and we really enjoyed our stay. We drove our own car, and most places we visited was easily accessible from hotel. Secured parking (MYR 10 per day) available.

There was no wifi connection in the room. Even after complaining continuously for 3 days, they did not rectify it. Most of the time lift was getting stuck and once we were trapped inside for 5 minutes

Location is very good, near the monorail with easy access to KLCC. The staff are very nice, specifically Nan, Ali, and Nathaniel. The AC lounge serves western food all day eg. pizza, lasagna, spaghetti and it tastes good and is reasonably priced. The pool area is lovely (although some more seating would be good). Our room was comfortable, large, and clean. Breakfast has a good variety of choice including western food and is replenished quickly.

The hotels main let down is breakfast. There is a good variety but it is cold. Sausages, beans, noodles, rice, curry... everything is cold every day. It is an easy thing to rectify. Room was hot in the night even with A/C on.

In one word, my experience with AC Hotel-Marriot is "Amazing". Right from the security staff to Welcoming boy at the entrance, team at the Reception, team at Restaurant, Housekeeping staff etc.. all were well trained and always greets the guests with a smile. Rooms were reasonably sized, with new bed spread and pillows. Toilets were very clean and big. All room supplies like tea/coffee/milk powder were supplied adequately. The main advantage with this hotel is the location as the hotel is placed a few meters away from Perkeliling Bus Terminal and Titiwangsa Metro and Monorail stations which will help guests to travel in and around all tourist attractions at KL with ease. Pool is very neatly maintained, and the morning buffet is with reasonable spread. Quite a lot of restaurants were also there at walkable distance from the hotel. Overall, I rate AC Hotel-Marriot hotel as "Excellent" and "Highly recommended”.

Would have been better if the menu of Buffet breakfast can be slightly changed on a daily basis. This is only a point for improvement and not a complaint.

I asked them for an emergency early Check In and I got it without any issues. Staffs are Super friendly, neat and clean room, comfortable bed.

Breakfast is yummy but should have more items on the menu. Also, I have to ask for water everytime. As for the room, TV is kinda worthless, nothing good to watch.

Check in and out were hassle free, all went smoothly. Love how the ambience gave a luxurious feel to me & my family as guests there. Our first time but definitely will return there again. The hotel was superbly clean, all over the hotel. Room was spacious, bed/pillow/sofa were comfortable. Staffs were friendly too. Looking forward to my future stays there. Thanks! Special mention to Saleha whom attended to my calls twice with so much patience and politeness. Also to Kenneth, Jomari + another small framed guy with spectacles.. their friendliness & politeness were awesome. Not forgetting Asif at the restaurant, always attentive & on his foot. Even went extra miles to prepare us newly cook.

Breakfast option was limited though foods were tasty. Hotel was difficult to reach prior to my stay there; dkept calling but nobody answered. Texting thru whatsapp and booking.com didn't work too.

All the staff, from the front desk, management, waiter at restaurant, housekeeping, all are very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant stay for my family. The room is clean and the foods at breakfast are spectacular. My mom and I also enjoy having conversation with the restaurant staff. I remember one of the staff, Mr Asghar, always ask us if we have enough food, if there is anything they can do to make it better, and even help to make coffee for us. Interaction like this although may seems menial to others, but we really appreciate it. Overall our stay have been very enjoyable and we will surely come again next time.

The hotel is located at an area which is the outskirts of the city. I was a bit worried about walking to the train station but my worries were unfounded. It's totally safe! I love the "Mangosteen" range of toiletries, and the cleanliness of the room. Good job, housekeeping team!

The gym was rather small with 1 treadmill and 1 elliptical. Also saw some unattended children playing with weights and other machines. Perhaps there should be a staff who can patrol the area or use the CCTV to prevent any untoward accidents to these children who are not supervised by their adult companions.

The room very clean & nice. spacious and i like everything inside the room. During breakfast, the guy ASGAR, is very polite and nice to me. He's willingly asked if he can help us coz both of us are an adult woman of 50's. I like the behaviour of this person, very respectful and kind to customers.

Limited of vallet parking. The parking guy mentioned that vallet already full. I've been some of the hotel, even Traders the next day, i pass the key to the guy and they brought the car down at the parking bay. Meaning we still park under vallet but they clear it off for us unlike here, we cant ask anybody to park our car. The pakistanese guy keeps on mention that he's incharge of the vallet parking even the parking area not a single car parked. when i went to the reception (a malay guy), reluctantly to entertain & mention that the pakistanese are the one incharge of parking. i"ve been to so many hotels, they will park our car at any other areas but still consider as vallet parking. I dont expect my car to park infront of my eyes.
