AMI Suites at Arte Mont Kiara

The location was really convenience for me and my family to reach the hotel and the place was really nice. The traffic to my workplace also very fast and less then 10 minutes i can reach my destination. Most of the staff was really friendly and very helpful during we stay there. Last but not least, the price totally worth it with the accommodation that AMI Suites provide to us. Really fall in love with the decoration of the hotel and my kids really enjoy their swimming experiences with the nice and warm view.

Just add more dustbin especially for big room because it was not enough for us to throw food besides hotel only provide one medium dustbin and small inside the bathroom. One more thing, last day i stay i have scared experience when our neighbor fighting during 3 am and it was really disturbing us with their noise. Hope hotel can overcome situation like this.

This was a great place to stay for families. There is a kitchen in the unit and a small market downstairs. Ample space and while not right downtown, everything was a 20 minute grab ride away.

Could have stood more towels and a spare set of linens. But not a huge deal.

i choose the room inc breakfast but the breakfast have no variety of choice, not a buffet breakfast,

the size of the apartment was great, furniture was beautful, setting of the apartment, bathroom great size and clean, the availabiloty of the washing machine and dining set. The swimming pool, the different activities available. And on top of that all, Allo restaurant was so good and didn't get enough of it.

the drainage in the shower was not draining well, the towels and the bed sheef are not super white. Allo restaurat closes at 9 :(

The facilities is great,with the kitchen and washing machine it's great for traveller to rest and enjoy . There is convenient store and diners downstairs so we won't have to worry about going hungry. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially for newcomers.

For now, only the access time for facilities. Should increase time to midnight such as gym and pool time. 😁

She does not hesitate to go the extra mile for her customers, serving us with dedication and care. She is an excellent asset to [Ami Suites], and her performance will continue to impress customers. Staff Mira took the initiative to surprise us with the birthday cake; it was very thoughtful and sweet of her to have done so.

The hotel is supercool! Everything still brand new like my 1st visit before. I received very pleasant and warm services from the staff upon my check in. Every hotel corner is pleasing to the eye! Comfortable and spacious room for two. Pretty impressed for a boutique hotel. Well done! Most of the amenities operate already and the view are the best. There are so many place for your picture perfect spot.

Their restaurant is not yet open. Will need to come back later to check it out

We loved the big rooms, the coziness, and privacy. It has a kitchen and a washer so it is a big plus. The view is perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A big plus for the instagrammable spots at over the suite. We love it.

Quite far from gasoline station, a little note on the carpet inside the room, although I know it was vaccumed and cleaned, the stain is a little of an eyesore. But overall everything is good.

The view was great, we can see KLCC from there. It only took 6 minutes from here to HCKL (our destination), so close?!?? I love the body lotion, the dish soap, the Netflix, the good level of fluffy pillow. There is also razor and cotton bud- I rarely meet this in any hotel, bunch of spoons and glasses- I simply did not like to eat from the plastic container so yes, I really like this. And I must say that the staffs are very friendly, informative and approachable which makes me and my friends are very comfortable with you. Thank you very much. <3

When we called someone in this room by not using the socmed medium, the line was quite bad. However, if it is via Whatsapp or Telegram, the line was good. I also do not like the place where the dustbin was placed. It brought pretty bad smell in the morning. There is no further comment I can say.
