i checked in around 11:30am, stayed overnight in the capsule room just to sleep. luckily at that time, i was alone and other bed werent occupied. v convenient and cheap for backpackers or plan to stay only to sleep. they have 3 shared shower rooms and 2 toilets, so you dont have to worry abt queueing. the reception staff was also v helpful. clean and hygienic. place was easy to find and no issue w the parking. the check in/out process was fast. i might come here again whenever i wanna stay overnight at Kuantan w my fams.

the room was hygienic, but it gave off bad odour. maybe bc of the lack of ventilation,i used my own perfume to get rid of the smell then i am able to sleep.

I feel safe in the hotel. The shower and toilet very clean. Room also clean. All of the staff is very nice. It's a nice experience sleeping in shared bedroom.

The bed is little short for me. I don't feel quite comfortable. My legs keep bumped into the cabinet 😅 Also the only toiletries is small shower gel, maybe can give like a set.

No breakfast served in this Hotel. Rooms are clean. Staffs are friendly. But Maintenance need to revamp and carry out good repair job especially when pipes are leaking through out the night. Pipes are leaking for 24 hours and I think there are no proper plumbers even though I have called the front counters several times.

Get experienced plumbers and maintenance workers to up keep this nice hotel.

Parking for guests available but limited, fast check in, digital deposite receipt - paperless, easy to retrieve & no misplace issue, spacious room, standard size of bathroom, nice shower heads, good water flow, AC works, enough plug ports - near to bed and available for every person, lights switch also near to bed, got washing machine and dryer at lobby.

The room given is near the stadium so noisy even late at night

This hotel is ideal for a all days retreat, If you don't feel like going outside, the hotel has everything you need and is located in the downtown area on Main Street, which is one of the best kept secrets. The finest hotel I've ever had the good fortune to visit. Beautiful structure, and entering it only makes it more stunning. High-quality service and accommodations. Additionally, they are one of the few hotels that accept reservations from guests under the age of 21.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and readily available to meet my needs. I greatly appreciate it.

Nothing in specific for disliking here, overall a good and comfortable stay.

The hotel room was very clean. They put gel freshener in the hotel as well as the bathroom so it smelled nice. They even prepared a packet of milo and snacks on the table. The second time i came, i also got the same room as my previous trip. If travelling alone, the single room is only comfortable for only one person because. so travellers, select the room according to how many people are staying 😊

There was some dust on the drinking cup maybe it hasn’t been used

Outstanding property that is close to major streets of kuantan. The front desk employee is very friendly, accommodating, and efficient. The property is spotless and exudes wonderful charm. Overall, I had a nice stay at the GM hotel; the personnel was very friendly and accommodating, and the amenities were excellent. The room was excellent and spotless, and it was ideal for the comfortable stay.

While staying nothing discomforts me.

Location is good and convenient. Room and bathroom were clean. Satisfied facilities including wash machine and dryer. It is very convenient for a backpacker.

The safety box in the room was out of function. It is great if that can be used. I booked a female dorm but I saw a guy in the dorm after waken up in the morning.

I had a wonderful experience at the GM hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you!
