Seasons View Hotel

The housekeeping staff was so polite n friendly. The location was great . just beside the malay food court. the satay was yummy.. No complaints about the room. it was super awesome n value the money. Parking space was also available n free for the hotel guests.

The room was not soundproof. though i stay level 3 but the noise from the food stall beside the hotel really irritated. The noise from the shop can hear till 3am (they were laughing, chatting in a loud voice n also still set up n drilling the stall. So i didn’t get good sleep for the 2 nights i stay at the hotel.

I traveled with my 2 sisters and their family, there are 6 of us. We booked 2 rooms and we arrived quite late. But the front desk staff and the cleaning lady are really helpful. The good thing is there is an eating place like a food court just outside the hotel. It helps when we are just too tired after touring Kuantan during the day that we have the option to just have our dinner outside the hotel. It was my first time in Kuantan, but if you are staying here, you can go to places by using Grab, or if you are fit, most places are within walking distance actually.

Don't expect it to be like a 5 stars hotel, but the place is quite good if you are traveling on a budget. Since I traveled in January, it was the peak of the wet season which is common in Kuantan, so I cannot travel around on foot much, but Grab is available so no worries.

all of the things here is in my expectation because I always book this hotel whenever I need to do outstation at Kuantan. But need to book earlier if you want a good room, if not the room will not available. this is my 4 times staying here. Always the best.

the Wi-Fi, a bit sad about it, but because we can watch the tv and do work outside of the hotel, so the Wi-Fi is not our top priority when stay there so it's not a big issue for us, but if we need to work and use the Wi-Fi, that the only problem occurs.

Excellent Hotel location. Located at the center of the town and close to most restaurant. There is a mall within walking distance, and most of the city attraction is in the vicinity. Room and bathroom is very clean. They got dedicated iron and ironing board inside the room so you don't have to make request at the room service. That's a big Plus Point.

Maybe the water heater. The water heater in my room is not really warm. And maybe the soundproof at the main door, because if people talk a bit louder directly outside your door, you can here the noise from inside the room.

i already went through the reviews and pictures, then chose this hotel. read some negative reviews but i preferred to sort it through latest post. i didn't regret my decision. it was nice, the interiors seem new though the room feels old. i guess they did refurbished. which was very good because it is indeed comfortable. we would come again.

there are so many rooms per level with 1 elevator only. i was lucky that i didn't bump into many people queuing for the elevator. but you can always use the stairs depends on which level you are. also, if you have many stuffs to carry it might be a hassle if your room is far from the elevator which mine was.

the location is very strategic. closeby kuantan tower and kula cakes. the room was okay, worth more than the price we paid. water pump was strong even being at 4th floor. > expectations. i love that it has two room in one suites and each room has its own toiler (premier room)

Simple, value for money for a comfortable stay. Proper hotel facilities although it's a 2 star hotel. Spacious room. Clean. Water dispenser and ironing provided. Free hotel parking. Near town centre. 5 mins walk to Menara Kuantan 188. Front desk staff responsive and friendly. Cleaner also very friendly. Elevator and meeting rooms available.

For a simple hotel at this rate, nothing bad.

the water pressure is good, because some place the water pressure is slow, also love how they clean the room every day even we stay there for 5 days. the location is very strategic, easy to find the place to eat and parking also available and free.

the only thing that we did not like is the wifi, because we cant even doing our work use their wifi, need to go out to find the place for getting a good wifi.
