- Decent size room, a lot of spaces to perform prayer. - Utilities provided such as hair dryer, iron, iron board, shower gel, shampoo, drinking water, fridge, elevator, wifi and tv. - Clean room - Nice design - Friendly staffs - Near restaurants and shops

- Limited parking space - Lack of sound proof (Can hear what the neighbours were talking about) - Only one dustbin included (in the bathroom). Would be better if there's another one for the room.

Room are clean. Fully equipped with all necessary things such as toiletries, towel, iron, kettle. Bed and pillows are comfortable.

The location are not having so much choice of restaurant. There is only 1 mamak restaurant nearby the hotel. The parking are also not provided. We need to pay to majlis perrbandaran using coupon during working hours

Value for money

Why They have to give a reminder call or knock the door for us to check out. Its a bit annoying. There mus be a grace period or a buffer of 15 to 20 minutes to the customer after 12 noon Do practice or benchmark what other common hotel is practising

Hotel is near with kedai mamak, so its easy to get your yummy breakfast. Parking is limited but you still park your car around hotel area. I had a pleasant stay even for 1 night only, the room is spacious considering the price is quite cheap compare with others. They even provide iron & iron board inside a room. Thank you!

The bedsheet have a stain, but I only realized when I want to check out. Lol. Perhaps the staff could check it first before using any bedsheet.

Loss number of staying here. This year, it's my second time staying here. The room is very comfortable.

1. When a Muslim customer checks in, please provide sejadah or prayer mat. Don't wait until the customer requests for it. Provide once the customer checks in.

Easy check in and check out. Peaceful environment, general facilities in good condition and well maintained.

Faucet in the bathroom was hard to turn on or turn off. So difficult for my kids to use. Reported to the staff and they come and check, but didn't do anything about it.

The bed was so comfy. Air-conditioning is in good function. Restaurant: Just around the corner. 1 minute walk. Mamak Restaurant. Will repeat again.

Television : Upgrade for a movie channel. A romance with love one while watching a movie.

Location nearby to amenities ...7e, restaurants, shopping mall, pharmacy etc.

1. The house keeping forgot to provide bath soap. I told the receptionist on duty that nite but nobody delivered. Nxt morning, I told the receptionist , Chinese man, he immediately gave me the soap at counter. 2. Problem with the phone extension, disconnected n unable to contact the house keeping...

I went here when my house unexpectedly got flooded at 11pm. I'm quite surprised as it is only a budget hotel but the facilities inside the room are quite complete. The shower is great. The room is big and clean.

Maybe because it's raining, the lobby is quite wet. They put towels but it seems quite hanky panky and not nice to see.

Overall ok. Security ok. Aircond function well. Water ok. Have hair dryer, fridge, and wardrobe. Like the room very much.

Just the last night I stay, it kept going no electric supply. Maybe it just technical problem.
